The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks to Sergey and Hasan, who made my visit even more memorable. Sergey was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any request, while Hasan’s warm hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. Their professionalism and kindness made me feel at home. The rooms were spotless, the amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect. The location is perfect just a 2-minute walk from Aya Sofia, the Blue Mosque, and the tram station, and about 10 minutes on foot to Eminönü and the Egyptian Bazaar. The area is quiet, the rooms are cleaned daily, and the cleanliness is outstanding. The staff is kind, helpful, and always attentive. They can also arrange excursions, airport transfers, or even a Bosphorus cruise for you. The room wasn’t very big, but it was perfectly adequate for a couple with a baby. They even provided a baby crib probably brand new which they purchased after we requested one when booking. All in all, excellent value for money!

Lovely and clean, no frills hotel, at an excellent location, excellent price, near the Hagia Sofia and Basilica Cistern in Istanbul. The manager was very helpful with advice on sites to visit and shopping. The hotel has an excellent transport service that picked us up from the cruise terminal, and dropped us off at the airport. Everything else was in walking distance.

The only negative was that our room was overlooking a busy street, with frequent horn honking, which seems to be the normal way of driving in Istanbul. ;-) There are other rooms available that are less noisy.

Location is the best and value for money. Restaurants everywhere nearby hotel. Main attractions and tram station within walking distance. Our room is nice and comfortable. Breakfast is ok n simple, good enough for us. Mr Ramadhan at the reception is very nice and helpful. I’ve to highlight that our second night, the power supply went off at midnight, we checked out early at 4:00 am as we have a flight to catch. The power supply never came back when we left but the receptionist on duty is very kind to help us bring our luggage down from 4th floor.

To me with that price and location, can’t find anything bad about the hotel.

Position, close to the old city center. Staff was kind and reception was always open h24. Good price. Room was minimal but has a small terrace. Minibar with free water

When asked to the staff to call me a taxi for the airport to "forced " me to use their private transport. It was not nice. The minibar in the room has always the light turned on which could be annoying during the night. In addition, water came out always warm/hot from the sink in the bathroom and the tap was partially broken. Breakfast was minimal and quality was not exceptional.

I like the new decorations of room with nice wall color and new toilet accessories, the room looks new with new features , the location of hotel is nice , its located 300 m or less from Sultan ahmed square, alot of coffee shops and restaurants are around

The family room size is small little bit. No isolation system is available because i can heard the sound in corridor and reception as well since my room is located near reception desk.

Location was absolutely the best. Just off Sultanahmet into a quiter street . Staff who were ready to guide you correctly to the right restaurant, mode of transport, arranging transfer, even sending a staff along for my safety when i needed to withdraw cash from an ATM ! Breakfast set in a little corner but had an amazing Turkish breakfast spread that you would have in a fine restaurant !

They were very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great -- very walkable to the centre of town. They helped us get to the bus station too. We gladly recommend them to others. The breakfast was great!
