The hospitality of the hotel was so nice. The staffs were well trained for the guests' requests, such as arrangement of tour, transportation, etc.

The hot stuffs was not ready at the opening of the breakfast.

The staff was AMAZING! We arrived at 7 in the morning after an 11 hour flight from Vietnam, not expecting to check in, just wanted to leave our luggage. We were given coffee, provided an upgraded room, and were in our room within 30 minutes. The front desk manager helped us book trips, provided recommendations of what was available within walking distance, and gave us great directions. The bell boys, breakfast staff, and housekeeper all wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. If you travel to Istanbul, this is a great place to stay and within walking distance to all the main attractions.

A very warm welcome from staff and the owner Mr Harun Cadirci with welcome drinks and useful information. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, minutes from lots of places to eat, shopping, and walking distance to all the major sites, yet on a quiet road with minimal/barely any street noise. The rooms were nicely decorated (ornate yet light and airy), well appointed, and spacious. We were kindly given an option of a free upgrade to better accommodate a cot. The bathroom was very clean and modern, and had a really good shower. One of the highlights of this delightful hotel was the relaxing breakfast with the amazing rooftop views of Istanbul. Starting mornings with a variety of food and drink which changed daily with staff on hand to help if needed. The rooftop was also available to sit and relax on throughout the day with complimentary tea/coffee making facilities. Complimentary delicious apple tea was offered whenever we wanted which was a really nice touch. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and went out of their way to not only be helpful but ensure we had a lovely time during our stay. The personal touch made everything seem like a home away from home, with gifts on arrival and on leaving. We were warmly greeted throughout the day and asked how everything was going or even if we needed anything else. Thank you to Mr Harun Cadirci and the amazing staff for making our stay very enjoyable and memorable. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel in Istanbul.

Excellent hotel in heart of Istanbul, easy walking distance to just about everything. Breakfast was very good with what I would say was a cross between authentic Turkish options and European/American options. This made the meal more adventurous and appealing. Rooms were on the small side consistent with what we have found in other European countries but were well appointed, very clean and decorated such that it made it feel like a dream state. Excellent staff who treated us like royalty! Plenty of restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend for comfort, value, location and treatment by hotel staff.

Size of rooms but no big deal as we spent very little time at the hotel.

One of the most sincere and hospitable welcomes I have experienced when we arrived at the hotel. We were given an informative explanation of the hotel and surrounding area. Very clean. When we left my wife and I needed to walk to the other end of the street with our hands full of luggage to get a private taxi. Hotel staff insisted on helping us carry luggage to the taxi - I am very grateful.

The cold mezze and salad at breakfast was nice and healthy but selection/quality of bread and hot breakfast could be better. However, service was always friendly and having breakfast out on the roof terrace with view of the Blue Mosque was unforgettable. We felt the mattresses were too firm for our liking (side sleepers) but tolerable.

The hotel staff are exceptionally kind, caring and friendly, they greatly increased the enjoyment of our holiday. The hotel is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and high quality material used. The rooms are of a good size, sound proofed and the air conditioning unit is very quiet and attractive. The breakfasts on the roof terrace with inside glass fronted section, is generous, with a wide a wide range of buffet items, and the service is excellent. We give our special thanks to Ada, on reception, and the rest of the team, who made wonderful effort to arrange our tours and visits and our overall experience was superb.

I recently stayed at the White House Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, making it easily accessible to all major sightseeing attractions, which made exploring the area a breeze. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, always ready to lend a helping hand and provide recommendations. It truly felt like home during my stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast; it could definitely be enhanced to match the high standards of the rest of the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend the White House Hotel for a warm and welcoming stay!

This is the nicest hotel in Turkey for sure! We returned for a second stay and our welcome was even warmer than the first time, if that is possible. Kemal and every single member of the staff were fantastic - friendly, responsive, going out of their way to make us at home. The owner has obviously got an incredible eye for detail and hospitality and it shows everywhere. There is a suggestion book in the lobby and we had absolutely nothing to suggest because everything was perfect. Wonderful room, lovely bed, quality sheets, pristine bathroom, hot shower with good pressure, great breakfast … I could go on and on. Amazing place to stay.

Great looking hotel, well kept, excellent location, both walking to major attractions and for local restaurants and shops, friendly multilingual staff ready to help, rooftop breakfast with a va view of Hagia Sophia, updated shower, new sound proof windows (important in central Istanbul), and a very friendly welcome.

It is a boutique hotel, these rooms are quite small for two people, although we managed. The tv was relatively small and the channels that worked were non HD and mostly German. Would be nice to have a socket with a non-EU adaptor or at least a USB charger. The “Love” balloon and electric candles used as part of the welcome decor were removed next morning, I assume to use for other guests. We didn’t mind but would be nice if they asked. These were minor things, overall we were satisfied with our 4 nights stay.

The most beautiful building on the street, the hotel is not big but very cozy. The stuff is extremely polite and helpful. They have solved all our problems, answered all our questions, helped us with transportation cards and restaurants. Their morning services for breakfast were very pleasant. The building is soundproof, we were not disturbed by our neighbors. Airconditioning was working perfectly. Cleaning service was very good, the bathroom condiments were at hand and always replenished. The hotel was providing free bottled water, tea bags, etc. The hotel is very close to the tram station, cafes and restaurants. An opportunity to go anytime by the elevator to the upstairs terrace with a view on the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque and a great coffee machine was an additional bonus. From the beginning ceremony to the last minute of our presence and final gifts from the hotel, our experience was very pleasant. Olga Tarassova, Seattle, USA
