There is a smell coming from the basin in the toilet The sound insulation in the first floor is bad, and all the sounds un the lobby can be heard inside the room.

Beautiful small, quiet, and peaceful hotel. We received a very personalised service..Really friendly and helpful staff, who. went above and beyond the call of duty. All requests were met with 100% satisfaction. Amazing location, 5 minutes walk from Hagia sofia and Blue mosque , 3 minutes walk to tram station , so really well connected and easy to move around Istanbul. Great breakfast, varied, offering continental and turkish options, hot and cold, fresh fruit , cereals, kid friendly, Excellent lighting, fantastic for visually impaired guests. Powerful shower, comfy beds, spacious room (we stayed in a family room for 3). Would highly recommend, and will happily stay here again.

All hotel staff / Manager namely Suleman/ ciya /zulkuf were very kind n helpful n always smiling face . All hotel services were amazingly to the mark specially 24 hours desk service - .room service. I was impressed. This hotel - totally neat n clean 100% n rooms are specious n spotless The breakfast buffet was delicious n cook made special.omellet for us which was really tasty. The location is just perfect to walk around the city centre/Tram station/ blue mosque n Hagia Sophia mosque n many other things. Thank you so much for a such a wonderful stay. Moreover- as a special request - my daughter was bit unwell- they grant us checkout extension without any charge n infact they offer medical help too. Thank you Azra Sultan for your Great Hospitality.

Nothing to mention. Each n every thing at hotel is perfectly placed n operational that so nothing to dislike.

Buffet selection is wide enough to combine a good breakfast. A friendly waiter can offer you a nice omelette and a Turkish coffee, if you like, that is definitely a good option. Breakfast takes place on a terrace on top of the building, and the view is very nice. Rooms are cleaned daily, so it was always very tidy. Room service also brings small water bottles for free :)

Despite several reviews that we have read before, deluxe room is not soundproof. The entrance is located near reception board, and the door is absolutely incapable of stopping any sounds. Although the staff tries to keep silence after 11 PM, there were three nights, when we could hear loud talks and laugh till 2 AM. So, in my opinion, the door could have been stronger. There are also two problems with electrical wiring in the room. LED lamps are sensitive to induced potential, and several times we had to switch the lights in the room on and off to get rid of this nasty dim light that stayed on when we tried to fall asleep. Also, power distribution panel needs proper maintenance. It buzzes all the time, although normally it should not.

The customer service is 10/10. The staff Suleyman, Savas and Zulkuf outdid themselves. I highly recommend this hotel because of them and their exceptional customer service. As an African American, I did not feel alone as they made sure I was safe all through my solo stay in Istanbul. Walked me to the restaurant because it was dark, made sure I got a good deal on my airport ride and Turkish bath, provided delicious crepes and American eggs as a special request with no additional charge. Too many good things I can’t type it all. Overall best hotel experience I’ve witnessed.

- I would rate the cleanliness at 8/10, however the room was very small and everything was used/old in the room ( bed linen was pilly, the floor joints were scratched, the curtains were dirty, and the floor was not well vacuumed) and in the bathroom (the faucet was rusty, as were other similar elements, the floor joints were dirty/used, and the bathroom door was dirty as well)

Very good location ,it has parking for car with a fee, Stuff at reception very friendly and helpful.hotel is ok in general.room in nice.cleaning is passing every day.they put waters every day everything is clean and safe.its in central location so you can move around by feet to all historical sites

Breakfast poor needs improvement or better charge it for some amount of money and make it better,elevator was under maintenance for a whole day we couldn’t use it.our room was supposed to be with terrace but it wasnt.lastly they are forcing you to leave a review in front of them.thats annoying

Right in the middle of important sight seeing places in Istanbul, few mins walk to Basilica Cistern, or Bluer Mosque. 10 mins walk to Grand Bazaar .. full of restaurants around, or shops Breakfast was very good, located on 5th floor with nice Terrace where you can see the Bosfor on the side. Suleyman arranged Hamam for us, at a good price. As well an excellent evening on a boat - with food, music, dance - floating on Bospfor for 3 hours, with transfer included. That evening was a highlight. Thank you Suleyman

not appropriate for elderly or people with reduced mobility as there are stairs to get in, stairs down and then up to get to the lift

The manager Suliman is really amazing and will support you in any way he can. The room is very clean and well designed. The area is perfect.

This is not really a 4 star hotel - mayby 2 stars. The breakfast is very very basic - not big verity and nothing special in it. The lobby of the hotel is very poor and small.
