Because of all the excellent reviews that I read about Ring stone at the old city I booked my hotel there and I was absolutely NOT disappointed. From the first moment you enter the hotel you will be impressed about the beautiful style of the building which is a mix of traditional and modern one, it shows a beautiful harmony with the historical magnificent building of Istanbul . Rooms are quite, big. have fridge , electric hot pot to make coffee or tee. And the hotel generally super clean. The location is excellent , you can reach all the tourists attractions of the old city within a walking distance . If you don’t like to walk , Trams and Taxis are available. Around the hotel there are a lot of Restaurants, spa and wellness that famous with Turkish Hamam. Within a walking distance you will reach the sea with all it’s Restaurants and bosphorus cruises . The staff of the hotel are such helpful, friendly and they received you always with beautiful simile. The communication was perfect . From the moment of the check in till the check out they are doing their very best to make your stay comfortable. I have the pleasure to meet Tatiana the manager of the hotel and she is the source of this creative and warm way of dealing with geusts and with her own staffs. Everything was perfect, so wish I could stay longer

The hotel is amazing and rooms are even more beautiful in reality. We stayed in a family suite and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly, helpful, with their smile on their face and supportive. We were celebrating our son's birthday and they surprised us with a big cake! We felt realy welcomed and important as guests. We definetly recommend this hotel for their premium services and facilities. The location is great, very close to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque and also to Grand Bazar, shopping streets and terraces. Excellent experience!

If you travel as a family, that’s the perfect hotel to stay at. I booked several rooms for my whole family, including the king room with balcony. The king room was the meeting point for all of us. I have already made a review on the king room, so here I just focus on the standard double room where I stayed at. The standard double room is spacious for a couple. In the room you’ll find: a refrigerator, an electric kettle, some tee and coffee, bottled water, tv (with many Turkish channels, also kid channels), hairdryer, bathrobes, fresh towels and slippers. Breakfast: Vegetarian friendly with some vegan options like fried mushrooms and baked potatoes (delicious), fresh salads, olives, fresh bread, and a wide variety of fruits. Along with the normal filtered coffee we enjoyed freshly made Turkish coffee. Turkish tee was tasty too. For sweet tooth there was a good variety of yummy pastries. The kitchen crew bought some vegan milk specially for us. Bathroom had both overhead and handheld shower. There were shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Staff: Everyone in the hotel was helpful and attentive. I needed a smaller pillow, it was immediately provided. I slept well :) we asked for some wine glasses on several occasions and the staff was so nice to bring them directly to our room. On arrival we received detailed information about the most important sightseeings and useful tips for special locations in the city. We used the hotel transfer several times, it was very convenient.

Some friendly suggestions for improvement (might be already fixed by the time you book a room): Some more wall hooks for clothes and bags would be nice. A bedside lamp would be convenient.

Amazing hotel, amazing people who work at the hotel, veru clean,10 minutes walk from the Grand Bazar and Moschee. For sure we”ll stay at the same hotel next time in Istanbul.

Location, staff, breakfast. We traveled with our 5 yrs old son, and the stuffs were very helpful to make our stay comfortable. We took an early morning cab and to our surprise, Sulaman had packed small breakfast boxes for us. The trips booked by the hotel was very good

There is nothing not to like about the hotel. Its just the location is prime so the restaurants nearby are pricy

The property is in an old bank - with all the elegant features. It was an oasis of calmness and relaxation in a very energetic and lively city. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and ease in getting about. The breakfast buffet was exceptional! We were in the heart of the city and everything was within walking distance.

Not a single complaint! Will definitely come back and stay again. The owner is a charming lady who wants to make sure her guests are able to enjoy the beauty of Istanbul and her amazing hotel.

The location of the hotel was amazing, very close proximity to all the tourist sites. About a 5 minute walk to aya Sofia and the blue mosque. The area is also really lively. This is my 5th time in Istanbul and this is the best hotel I have stayed at! The staff were really lovely and accommodating, definitely recommend :)

Everything about it was captivating. The building itself and the history it carries was truly remarkable. Staff and management were very helpful, kind and generous with every request we made. Our room was spotless and every day clean wasn’t expected but very much appreciated something that shows the hotel’s excellence. Team was fluent in English and communication was immediate. The hotels beauty, interior and rooms aesthetic were also a plus point. Breakfast at last was rich with many options and available in a reasonable and comfortable schedule 8:00-11:00. Hotels location is perfect and parking is truly a life saver when in Istanbul. Bravo!!!

Absolutely wonderful hotel! We booked one of the superior rooms, which are spacious, clean, and have amazing views. It was my birthday week so we splurged and opted for a room with a view of the water. Wow! The room had a terrace with outdoor furniture which was perfect for evening drinks and morning coffee. The front desk took note of my birthday on my passport and they kindly surprised me with a treat, what a lovely surprise and gesture. The manager, Tatiana, and all of the staff (front desk, bell boy, and cleaning staff) were all very friendly and accommodating. We extended our stay by one more day and on our last night we stayed at the same hotel in one of their standard rooms, also very comfortable and spacious with a nice view overlooking the Roman ruins located on the property. The location can’t be beat. It’s a short walk to several of the sites in Old Town. I will definitely stay here again on future trips to Istanbul.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Will always try to accommodate you. We were able to get lovely suggestions and cool spots from the one guy that worked at the front desk super helpful guy. The breakfast is good and the rooms are spacious and as described.

We unfortunately had a bit of an odor in our room. Smelt somewhat like stagnant water. Tatiana was very helpful and offered us another room and was ready to accommodate us. The situation was handled very well. The balcony from our room was amazing as well as all the other features of the hotel. Location was brilliant. Walking distance to the tram and the attractions in sultanahmet.
