Staff was amazing! Super kind and helpful. I had a long layover so decided to stay at the World Heritage Center Hotel in Sultanahmet. I’ve been here before and had loved my previous stay so decided to book once more and they did not disappoint. I had an early flight (had to leave at around 4 a.m.) and when I came down they had packed me breakfast to eat on the road. Not a lot of hotels will do that for you! I also booked the airport transfer with them due to not wanting to risk my taxi not showing up. Airport transfer was a seamless process and they arrived earlier than expected which was nice! Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area!

-The location is amazing-this is why we chose this hotel.The T1 tram stop is right outside the front door, and it is within walking distance of the major tourist sites in old town. -View from the small terrace is beautiful, especially at night. -The hotel team were very also helpful with recommendations and organizing our airport transfer, although I would suggest using the metro rather than a car transfer due to the heavy traffic.

Not so much ‘things we didn’t like’, more like things we wish we knew before… We had an economy double which was tiny. I knew it would be small but if you have more than one suitcase each then you will struggle to get round the bed. I would have preferred a larger room, higher up the hotel but was told there was none others available. The noise from the streets is to be expected as the area is lively until late, however, we were based in a room on the side of the hotel above the entrance and adjacent to restaurants, so it seemed extra noisy. Ask for a room on the highest floor to be further away from the noise. Access to the rooftop terrace is by a very small spiral staircase which less mobile people will find challenging to access-but the view is worth the climb!

As someone who has traveled extensively, I can confidently say that the World Heritage Center Hotel in Istanbul is exceptional. My family and I had a superb experience during our stay - the location, convenience, cleanliness, elevator, and hospitality of the staff were all outstanding. Musa, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provide us with helpful information about the city and even gave us a room upgrade! But what really made our stay unforgettable was the stunning view of the Blue Mosque from the hotel's rooftop and our room. It was a sight to behold, and we spent many moments just taking in the beauty of the mosque and the city. I can't recommend this hotel enough - it truly offers a delightful stay in Istanbul. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a seasoned traveler, the World Heritage Center Hotel is the perfect choice for an unforgettable experience.

Although the hotel's proximity to the tourist attractions made it a bit loud outside, this did not shadow the amazing features of the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend the World Heritage Center Hotel for an unforgettable stay in Istanbul.

Too many good things to share about this hotel: Location: Literally right in front of Sultanahmet tram stop. Shops, restaurants, money changer are just around the corner Staff: Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Mustafa greeted me when I first arrived and he explained to me the best way to explore Istanbul (including tips on which routes are downhill), while Azat helped to carry my luggages until the tram gate when I departed the hotel. Wifi: Strong wifi. I was told they have just changed to a better service provider a week before I came. Hospitality: They indeed know how to make their guests happy - everyone was served with Ottoman sherbet (and lokum) as welcome drinks Rooftop view: Impressive! You could see Marmara sea from this height. On the second night, I when upstairs to the rooftop. A lady asked if I wanted to have something to drink. I said I left my wallet in the room. She said it is free of charge. She even served me a slice of cake! Safety: I was travelling alone and as a solo lady traveller, I never felt unsafe staying at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Noise: This is a trade-off of the location. Since it is very close to tramvay, it is expected that it could be a bit loud at night.

A fantastic accommodation, comfortable and fresh rooms, breakfast was also on top and fresh with freshly baked and cooked. Accommodation has a very good location, everything is close (Aja-Sofija, Blue Mosque, Kapali/Grand Bazaar, Mahmut Bazaar etc.). In front of the accommodation there is a tram station. From that station you can directly get to the Asian side of Istanbul and to other states very cheaply. The staff at the accommodation was always on hand. They were kind and helpful. The cleaning was daily and was on top. I want to praise the receptionist Azat who gave us lots of valuable tips and price quotes on various activities already at check-in. On our next trip to Istanbul we will definitely stay/book at that hotel

I liked the breakfast and the guy in the morning that was helping us and was polite at all times.

The room was a bit tight and the roof even if it’s nice probably because it wasn’t at summer it was not working but we could just go to see. To be honest it was important cause our room didn’t have any view and was tight(small). And cause my girlfriend is smoking it was a bit difficult to smoke it this very tiny “balcony “ she was afraid haha. But in general I would recommend it for the place it’s really helpful being near the tram , and near everything more or less on walking distance. I recommend it but pay a bit more to take the bigger room if you need some “normal space” otherwise if small it’s good for you as it was for us ! You can book the small one for less as we did ! But I have to say the city gets more and more expensive. Have fun !

The whole experience was absolutely satisfying! The room was small, but very comfortable, clean and with the best view possible (I'm attaching a picture taken from the window in my room, no zoom)! Breakfast was very good too, and the location and access to public transportation (T1 tramway line right in front of the building!) is second to none! But without any doubt, the highlight is the staff! Everyone did their absolute best to make us feel welcome and help us with each and every question we had. That said, a very special mention should be made to Mr. Azat, from the front desk! Very few times have we ever had the pleasure to find such an efficient, professional and overall pleasant person in any hotel staff!! The hotel is VERY lucky to have such a professional in their staff, establishing the first contact with incoming guests, and thus providing the best first impression a guest could ask for.

I really have nothing to complain about. Everything related to this stay exceded my expectatiuons by far.

What a wonderful hotel in the best historical part of Istanbul - all the significant sites are nearby and one can walk to each of them in 5 or 10 minutes. Besides, the hotel is located at the central stop (Sultanahmed) of the main and most useful city tram line (Tram 1), which travels for 17,70 Turkish Liras (0,50 Euros) per person to the Golden Horn bay, Dolmabahce saray and the piers for boats to the Bosphorus and the Princes' Islands. Besides, the main street in front of the hotel is traffic free - no cars are allowed, only trams, so that the hotel is in a kind of oasis of parks, squares, shops, restaurants, mosques and historical sites. Besides, there is an open terrace on the roof of the hotel, where we enjoyed probably the best view of Istanbul, including the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Marmara sea. However, this hotel is not just a location. Rooms and bathrooms, albeit not very large, are comfortable, clean and immaculate. Breakfast buffet (from 8 to 10.30) is generous and tasty. There is a refreshment lobby near the reception on the ground floor with free water, tea, coffee, lemonade and sweets all day long. And for guests with cars they provide free parking nearby, which was priceless to us arriving from Sofia by car. Impeccable cleanliness everywhere and I mean everywhere! Last but not least, the staff, that glorious team of nice boys always ready to help and solve problems with a smile! Çok teşekkür ederim!

The breakfast room is small for the size of the hotel, and when the hotel is full, often there is no available tables there. Not a dramatic issue, because after a couple of minutes a table always gets available.

Location of the hotel and view from the room were great. Hotel has a rooftop where you can sit and relax having amazing view on Sultanahmet district with Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Stuff was very helpful and really friendly. There is a tram stop just next to thw hotel what makes traveling around Istanbul really easy and fast. You can store your lagguage if you need. Breakfast is plenty to choose from. Good price and quality ratio :) Because the hotel is located in the center of a touristic district it can get a little bit loud in the evening and at night.

Location is best. So close to so many attractions. Very nice breakfast. Water, coffee, and tea available all day. The roof top lounge view is great. Lots of food place options around. All amenities nearby in walking distance.

Room and bathroom are compact but manageable. The deluxe room option gives you more space to walk in the room and has more luggage space. You have to pay 10 Euro for day parking in near Oktem Otto park.
