Positive things : -Location perfect .. 2 min walk from the tram also near many attractions restaurants and shops -Staff very helpful and friendly -New place and clean -WiFi connection is very good -Taxi is available almost all the time outside the hotel - this hotel has AC and elevators

Areas to improve and to consider: - Breakfast is good but few options and oily, if you come late you will find empty trays - One set of the Billows are really hard and the other set thin i think it should be replaced , the bed is king size but it seems smaller than it should and the cover is small for two person - My room had a sewage smell sometimes

The breakfast was amazing! We loved all of the different varieties of cheese and dips (mezzes?), and the wonderful choices available. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant which was delicious and the staff there were also very friendly and patient as we tried to communicate using our very poor and limited Turkish. We also greatly appreciated Shemz (spelling?) help at the front desk. He was very kind to us, helping us to arrange transportation, recommending restaurants and places to see and tours. He made us feel very welcome and like we want to return again to this hotel. He was definitely the friendliest staff at the hotel front desk.Thank you Shemz!

We were disappointed that they did not have a laundry facility - we had expected to do our own laundry. We ended up sending our laundry out and it did not come back on time. We had to ask the front desk to contact them and ended up getting it late that night. Our laundry came back delayed and smelling heavily of cigarette smoke which was upsetting, we had no choice but to pack it that way as we were leaving the next day. The street side can be a bit noisy with traffic but we were able to sleep well so perhaps that is just during the day when most people are out?

- It's a brand new hotel, so everything is shiny-new and clean. Safety box in the room has space for a laptop. - Hotel staff is amazing, very friendly and willing to help. Special thanks to Paria for her invaluable piece of advice regarding sightseeing. It saved me time and money :) Mehmet was also very helpful and friendly. - Amazing location. Really short walk for main sightseeing places such as Hage Sofia, Hippodrom, Cisterna Basilica. and just 1 min from tram station which brings you quickly to other landmarks. - Breakfast is nice. I would say "awesome", but for me it was good.

I have slightest concerns about soundproofness in rooms. I heard my neighbours and there was some noise from the street traffic. Not critical.

Fantastic central location to the major tourist spots, great western and traditional food spots available nearby, a very clean and new hotel with great service from every single member of staff across the reception, restaurant and cleaners. I’ve stayed in 11 different hotels across Istanbul, hands down this was the best on every level, will be recommending to everyone. The family suites are fantastic and amazing value for money, they consist of 2 rooms, both have en suite shower rooms, 1 room has a double bed and the other has twin single beds. The double rooms were equally spacious. The hotel manager also arranged a custom airport transfer via a larger 16 seater vehicle that saved us 100 euros, which I’m really grateful for. The reception staff also kindly allowed for later checkouts of 2 of my groups rooms at no charge too which was a very kind final gesture. I will be coming back for sure! Thank you for making our family trip a really nice experience.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Miss Paria for her warm welcoming and unlimited assistance. Rooms were very clean and stylish. Bed was comfy, with big window; which made the room bright and pleasant during the day. All amenities were provided. Location is perfect for old town, next to the Tram station. A lot of coffee shops and restaurants around.

Could improve the breakfast with more bread and egg selections.

The room we got was probably the worst at the hotel. The view from the window was a wall, and the garage was right below the room, so a lot of noise

The hotel is brand new and very clean (a special thanks to the cleaning ladies who really did their job very well). The location is right in the city centre, walking distance to Sultanahmet square. The hotel is also close to 2 tram stops, with many restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. Probably in response to previous reviews, the breakfast now has more variety. The windows in the rooms are double-glazed- we were never awoken by street noise.

The staff were lovely, from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant staff. All were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was great, lots of variety to choose from and different specialty items each day. The hotel is in a very central location and is easy to access. It is close to the tram and restaurants and is within a short walking distance to landmarks such as the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar. The staff were also very helpful with organising transfers and any tours we wanted. Overall a great place to stay!
