We really liked the hotel. The staff were great; they were always helpful and even gave me their business cards in case I had any issues in the city. It felt very welcoming, with a strong sense of support. The personnel were excellent, and the hotel itself was wonderful. They even upgraded our room for free, which was a nice surprise! It had tea, a hairdryer, and shampoo. However, there were no bathrobes or dental kits, but that wasn’t a big deal since we had our own. All the towels were clean and neatly arranged, and the bedding was crisp and white. The disposable slippers were a nice touch too. The pillows and blankets were comfortable. The cleaning service was good, although we learned on the last day that we needed to place a card on the bed if we wanted fresh linens, which we didn’t know about. Breakfast was very satisfying, with a wide variety of options including vegetables, watermelon, jams, and different types of eggs and sausages. Everything was well-prepared.

I usually don’t write reviews for places I’ve been, but this one is special. My wife, my daughter, and I traveled from Bucharest to stay at this hotel in Istanbul for New Year’s Eve. We chose this hotel based on reviews, location, and the value it offered for the price. In order to decide about this hotel, I first looked at the worst reviews, and let me tell you something: I don’t understand why people can be so mean and unfair. Some said the breakfast food wasn’t enough or that the rooms didn’t look like the pictures. Let me assure you, the hotel room actually looked even better than the pictures, the food was excellent, and the reception staff (Mutlu & Kerim) were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already planning to return in April. Choose wisely—we did!

Great location and value for money. The Hotel is at a short walk distance from the main tourist areas in Istanbul. We stayed 5 nights, staff was lovely and always accommodating, they even provided us with some tea while we were relaxing in the lounge/front area in between our strolls :) It is the perfect fit if you are planning to spend most of your day outside exploring the city. Supermarket and tons of restaurants nearby! Thank you for looking after us, we had a blast!

The double rooms are quite small but still perfect for the purpose of the stay we had, beds are comfortable. Breakfast selection was basic but more than enough, the only thing is that the food provided should be labeled at least customers are aware what they have been served if some dietary requirements apply.

the hotel is in an excellent location, hotel has a modern look to it, close walking distance to galata tower, just behind the road is Istiklal Cadesi(Street), so you are always in the touristy vibrant area, the taxis can drop of right outside the hotel entrance so this is an advantage, no pulling your bags up any steep hills, the tram is a road behind the hotel that can take you down to the karakoy area in the bottom, sishane metro is just down the road not even 3oom away, hotel was clean, breakfast was good, variety of food, coffee and juice also available, the front end staff spoke english which was a big plus and the lady in the front desk was very helpful as well as the other front end staff, they also can kept our luggage as we checked out as we had a later flight, for a fee if you want the hotel can arrange a taxi for to get to the airport, so its a great hotel, excellent location, there was a mini supermarket just 3 doors away they close at 9pm which was convenient, we stayed from 16 to 22nd Oct 2024,

Location, new building, new furniture well behaved staff, near Metro 3 minutes walk, super market couple of doors away, comfy bed and pillow, good shower pressure, plenty of towels provided, iron and board provided on request, rooms are very well lit, cleaning lady was excellent and good breakfast. 10 minutes walk to Galata tower, 5 minutes walk to istiklal street. We watched Euro 24 final on TRT1 with got encrypted just before match, but upon calling reception a staff came quickly enterd some kind of password and it's started working Thank you for this quick response. I give it an 8.7 Star 🌟 rating 3.8/5 Thank you all the staff for the great city stay.

Water feature at reception smells need some sort of freshener or water needs changing often. Wifi hub near the lift only provides a good signal to nearby rooms in the last room signal is very poor either install more powerful hub or move it in the middle of corridor. Lift enterence at breakfast-1 needs bit tlc. My criticism/ suggestions are to make this hotel perfect for future guests. I think apart from Bad wifi in last room this is very good place to stay. Lastly, it's only for information the double room is small with a small shower, and the twin room is bid with a big shower.

I'm very pleased with the hotel it was value for money. What I care about always is for the room and bathroom to be clean and it was. The staff was very kind and warm, welcoming us every time they saw me and my children with a genuine smile. The location was great very close to the tram, Galata tower, Istiklal street. I would pick the same hotel if I travel to Instabul again. I really appreciated that they kept our luggage until it was time for us to leave.

Hotel was perfect ,staff was very kind and polite . Muharrem was very smart and good person . Hotel has transfer from airport ,it is very convenient also. We had early arrive and they gave us key without any problem . Hotel was very clean and smart ,breakfast was simple and delicious . Rooms were same as on photos . Location near Galata tower , near the hotel there was metro Shishane also . I highly recommand this place .

The position of the hotel was very good and the stuff in the reception was very friendly and kind

The room was small the breakfast was poor and the stuff in the breakfast were litte borrowed and the taxi which the telephone is on the elevator says that with 1000 tl he can go you to the airport is a layer he asked from us 1500 at the airport

As for the price this hotel was really really great. Quite hygienic, every day there was a cleaning lady. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Muharrem, he was a real professional. Nowadays it is hard to find great hotel employees. The area was great and only 3 minutes walk distance to Taksim.

it can get loud, but the receptionist will handle it really quickly.

The staff was extremely helpful talk Arabic , ready to guide you and help you all the time Kareem and Ahmed was the best they were always there to help
