I had a very pleasant stay at Tulip City Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is in a great location, close to key attractions, and offers a comfortable and friendly environment. I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Ceyhan at the reception. He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. His warm welcome and support throughout my stay made a big difference. Also, Mr. Najmuddin from room service was excellent. He was always punctual, respectful, and attentive to every detail, making sure all my needs were taken care of. Both of them truly represent outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the wonderful service from the team.

I’ve been looking forward to reviewing this place because the reviews we saw before coming are very wrong. The bed was very comfortable, the view from the hotel was excellent, the terrace was stunning, the breakfast was delightful with lots of options, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast everyday was on the roof terrace with incredible views. The dinner was a set meal with fresh ingredients every day. Great location new bars, restaurants, excellent travel links and Taksim square.

Only thing to be aware of is noise from the bars/clubs but adds to the vibrant neighbourhood. That didn’t affect our stay though

The staff went above and beyond for us. They made my family feel so welcome and comfortable. Mr Ismail, front desk was a hero in so many ways - he is a credit to the hotel. Cihan and Sefan were really helpful when needed. Nacmitteene did a great job at servicing our rooms and ensuring we had all the essentials. Tahsin and serhat and fatma were great all round and always friendly. The hotel has an arcade setup with foosball and jacuzzi downstairs. Really great value dinners included with half board worth getting.

The jacuzzi is great, but the bubbles were not operational during our stay.

The Location of the Hotel is amazing , in a Fancy Touristic Area, in the middle of the old city & near to everything yet quite inside... My room was on the view which is an Amazing One, the Breakfast was good on the Roof-top... The Staff were Amazing and professional (Talks English very well) which is something you rarely find in Istanbul.

My refrigerator wasn't working, i asked to prepare it or change it cause i wanted to have a cold water whenever i comeback to the Hotel but they didn't bother to change or even enter to check the issue and when I asked again they said you can give us the things you wanna fridge and we will keep it in the reception and you can take it whenever you want ! wasn't a big deal as I stayed for 2 days only.

It was very good. The location is amazing the hotel is near galata and isttikal street you will also find markets near by if you want to buy something. The food was very delicious. We had breakfast and dinner (its 2 buildings away). The Personal especially Cihan Gündüzalp, was very friendly he helped us very much. We got every day the room cleaned and there was free water. One day it was a bit loud because of the disco across the streat, but it was okay. The quality of the hotel for its price is very very good. I recommand it to you.

Room was lovely and spacious, cleaned everyday & fresh towels, restock of coffee sugar ect. The hotel offers a restaurant for breakfast with vast range of beautifully fresh food something for everyone. The staff are just wonderful, extremely helpful and kind, even in the middle of the night when coming downstairs for a cigarette they stood there and had a conversation with you which was lovely.

The first thing i want thanks Yilmaz who was in the reception for his helpful and kindly service at every moment i need an information i contact him on whatsapp and he answers me even if he was in hours off so thank you so much Yilmaz! The proximity too i made everything by walking (taksim and istiklal at 2min, galata tower at 10min by walking), .... Thank you all and if i will back to Istanbul i will return to this hotel really.

Nothing everything was perfect !

Tutkin was really helpful and all other staff. They help us whenever needed. Location was quite near to Istiqlal street. But going to Sultanahmet was a bit tidious. You can only avail taxi. Train option was very limited.

Noise at 2 o'clock in the ni8 was bit tedious. That was due to loading of wastage from city. It was not their mistake. And lift was really realy small. With kids and family it was challenging. And also for wheel chair person will be a bit challenging. Breakfast could have been better to bring new dishes.
