Starting with great staff. Great location. Felt really safe there. Really comfy beds. Metro station is really close. Have to end with great staff too.

Hotel needs to add at least one more type of breakfast. It is fine breakfast, but eating literally the same breakfast for 4 mornings is tricky. First two nights we could barely sleep due to noise from the bar across the street, it was really loud and windows were not insulating noise almost at all. As soon as we told the manager, he instantly provided us appartment on the other side of hotel - it was smaller but quiet and cleaner and in better shape. Some furniture needs renovation in both appartments.

Location was the best thing about this hotel! Being so lose to metro, tram and İstiklal was great! Room was spacious even though it was not the exact one as the photos in the booking platform. It was very very similar though. Bed was extremely big! Always hot water! Cleaning and making bed every day! Breakfast at room! Staff was really helpful and kind! Food at the pub on the ground floor was really really tasty!

We had booked the executive suite, the elevator goes up to the 4th floor, while the room was at the 5th. We would like to know that beforehand as we had a stroller that we had to carry every single time. Kitchen was there but no equipment at all! No plates, no forks, spoons, knives, no pans, etc. It would be nice to have that since I needed to cook little meals for our baby. I mean, it's already there! Why not being able to use it? Fridays and Saturdays are noisy. You can hear the pub and the street (since more people go out) all the way up to the 5th floor. We could also use some more lighting in the room and we would like the main room to be more hot. Heating was working great but heat was mainly directed to the kitchen and the bathroom. Breakfast and WiFi was okeish.

Ansen is the best place to stay in Istanbul. The room i booked for two person was a delicious, huge, clean flat on the first floor of an elegant building. Everything is so much better than it appears on the pictures. It's like staying in the home you always have wished for. We also loved the vibes you can feel in this magic place, where everyone are kind, friendly and ready to help you in everything you need. The location is great: we are in the heart of Pera. Everything you need it's just nearby or, anyway you can easily take a metro with 2 minutes by walk. I can't imagine another place to live in Istanbul. We will come back for sure in this hotel.

location and staff were great. the room is pretty big, we liked that. bed is really exceptionally comfortable!

cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom, which is only equipped with very dim light, so you don't usually see everything. the room was listed with a kitchen, which was there: fridge, stove, sink, all the cabinets, .. however, there was not a single pot or other equipment provided, the kitchen is basically empty. So definitely no cooking unless you bring everything. also no coffee machine (but theres a cafe in the building and plenty next door.) the building has a bar on ground floor, so theres well audible music at night, which didnt bother us

The rooms were large like studios or apartments. The staff were always eager to help and did so with a smile on their faces. The breakfast and room service was impeccable. The location could not be better as it was in walking distance to the Galata tower and major touristic attractions.

To be honest, maybe the food but that is reaching. Many gave the restaurant in the hotel top marks but it fell short of expectation as it was regular bar food. Not what I expected. However, to give them a lower score for this would be unfair.

Outstanding stay with a fantastic staff, we felt like friends or family members rather than guests with the most personalized service. Perfect location with walking distance literally everywhere. Authentic breakfast with a surprising element every day. Room is spacious and comfortable with a great sea view. Thank you Ilyas, Ibo, and the entire team to make our few days in Istanbul so special.

The property was close to all transportation, Istiklal street, tons to do! It felt very family oriented, the staff was all helpful with my little kids, very clean & the room was large. We enjoyed the food, hospitality, cleanliness the most! + getting to watch turkey play futbal!!

The only downfall is there is a bar downstairs and a few around so it is noisy at night. We were on the 4th floor pretty high up and had a sound machine on and could still hear the noise. But if you don't mind it, then disregard.

I stayed in the junior suite on high floor and the room was spacious, modern and had a nice view overlooking Istandbul (Grand Bazaar side). The bed was big and comfy, there was a kitchen and the bathroom was modern as well. The hotel is right in the heart of the hip and happening Beyoğlu. I don´t know about the standard rooms but the junior suite was value for money considering the big size of room including a kitchen. Soho House Istanbul is just 1 minute away

Perfect location near public transportation and many points of interest. Nice view of the Golden Horn. Very spacious, clean up-to-date room with a small kitchen area (superior suite). Staff was very helpful, attentive, and respectful.

Restaurant was under renovation so not available and limited breakfast was served to the room. A temporary situation. Otherwise I would have rated this hotel a 10.

Perfect location: 10-45 min walking distance to all main attractions on both European sides. We enjoyed the comfort of the room, which was spacious and designed with taste. It felt like home rather than a hotel. Amazing vibe.

Apart from American coffee breakfast didn't include other complimentary soft drinks. It can get noisy at night especially at weekends as it is a vibrant street with bars but we did not mind as the overall atmosphere was great.
