Fantastic apartment, fresh and clean, very comfy beds. A/C worked well, the kitchen was equipped with a coffee maker and a fridge, and some minimal utensils. Enough space for two people and two luggage tables (very appreciated! Too often one doesn't know what to do with the other bag in the room and it keeps getting in the way.) The staff was very helpful and even accommodated our request to check in a little earlier. Tons of restaurants and cafes around the corner. On the weekdays, we did not hear any noise from the street nor the corridor.

Our apartments windows faced what looked like a squatters house (like 3 m away from our window). For safety purposes, a wire was stretched around our mini-balcony. Not that it ever felt unsafe but we had to keep the window blinds shut not to allow people to see into the apartment. On the weekends, some music could be heard from the bars downstairs even though the room's windows faced the courtyard. But this is the price one pays for staying so close to Istiklal street.

The location is perfect! It's nestled in a street bustling with swanky cafes and almost directly behind Istiklal street. It's also super close to the F1 Line that would take you to Karakoy from where you can easily take a tram to all the major attractions in Sultanamet. The suite was so well-designed and modern.

Pretty noisy at night. We were in the fourth floor and people getting up and down the stairs was kind of disturbing. Lack of an elevator could be a little bit of a turn off for some people. The view from the room that we ended up getting wasn't the best. We only stayed for a night so we didn't mind it too much.

The location was super central. Everything is nearby. The room itself it very comfortable and the management and cleaning team are very responsive to issues and kind.

Note that you'll have to climb up some very steep stairs to get to the level. So if you are a clumsy person, you might want to be prepared. I found Similar stairs in many other buildings in Istanbul, so I suspect it's common.

It was a little hard to find at first, but it's very convenient to go everywhere, and there are restaurants, drinks bar and a pharmacy downstairs. There is also a parking lot nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable, although there was a problem with the shower, but we didn't really care. The landlord is very nice and friendly! Highly recommended to stay

We had an amazing stay at Pera Neuf! This accommodation contains small apartments with a spacious bedroom, kitchenette and a nice bathroom. Since it is not a typical hotel there is no reception, however with a host like Sinem a reception is not even needed. Sinem made our stay even more pleasant from the moment she checked us in and we could always reach her by WhatsApp. Also, we ran into her in the accommodation on a daily basis which means she is always around to accommodate her guests. Furthermore, during our stay the rooms were cleaned daily except for Sunday's. The housekeeper was very friendly and left the rooms spotless. The area in which Pera Neuf is located was perfect for us since there a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and stores around. Also, Istiklal was around the corner of the accommodation . Another big plus for us was the fact that there are many options for public transportation near us: the füniküler that takes you to Karakoy where you can transfer directly to the tram to go to Sultan Ahmet for example. If you want to take the metro (station is named Sishane), it is just 180 meters from accommodation. And if you want to take a walk to the tram, you can walk 5 minutes downhill to the Tophane tram stop. We have been to Istanbul a few times now and the proximity of this accommodation to public transportation was absolutely perfect. A few days before our stay ended I asked Sinem for a taxi transfer and she arranged it with ease, it was also cheaper than if we had booked it with a taxi company ourselves. TL;DR: we had a perfect stay, book this accommodation!

Everything was perfect! The location is very central, the apartment feels quite spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. You can feel the attention to detail and thought the owners put to accomodate the guests. Moreover, the communication is also great, Sinem is always there if you need anything, they even let us check out later, given that our flight was late at night. The great thing about the property is staff. Unfortunately, it was outage. Staff wasn’t able to resolve the problem because problem was out of the property. And next day they refunded 100%, despite the fact we spent night in the apartment. I was absolutely surprised with such customer oriented approach. And now I want to say this apartment worth 100%, and this great staff.

It could be quite complicated to go up to 3-4th floor without lift

The room is cozy and well-furnished and the beds are comfy. Also, the place is calm being in the center of party life. The hotel is located next to the metro station, funicular and main sights. Good choice if you don't want to see as much sights in short time.

Very comfortable with large nice rooms

Poorly coordinated check in process requiring us to contact the host upon arrival since no check in staff were present. A message with check in instructions on the day of arrival or day before arrival would be helpful. Lots of stairs with no elevator.
