The hotel is situated next to Istiklal street, which is the main shopping area in Istanbul. Despite being next to this extremely noisy street, the hotel is in a quiet little street and you feel safe. There are many, many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby, as long as many breakfast options. The hotel is next to the Metro station Sishane and the central metro station Taksim is the one next to Sishane. There are also many other means of transport nearby (such as the Tunnel, if you want to go directly to the Galata Port area or to the Galata Bridge). The room and the bathroom are very clean, and the beds quite comfortable. Our room had a very nice view! The staff and the owner are very polite!

The hotel doesn't have an elevator, which was not a problem for me as the staff helped me carrying my suitcase, byt may be a problem for someone else. The room was very hot during our stay (January) and, as it has central heating, you cannot turn it off.

Manager "jem" was super friendly and always up for a chat and to help if needed.

Rooms were nice but can be a little noisy with regards to busy street outside. Could also be "turned over" a little more with house keeping but, didn't trouble me as much as I'm a single traveller

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the metro and the Galata tower. The staff was nice.

The hotel is located on what is basically the main street, along which many cars pass all day. There is a pub opposite, so if there is an event, it is noisy until the morning. We lived on the ground floor, so right behind the door we had the reception and we could hear every word of the guests who came and went. Many times it was in the morning or at night. There is probably a built-in pipe in the walls of the apartment, because you could hear water running constantly, as if we had a fountain in the room. We were basically tired from walking, so it didn't bother us that much, but if you have a problem sleeping, then this is probably not the place for you.

Staying at Perezra Hotel was truly the highlight of my trip to Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made the experience unforgettable. The rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable — I especially appreciated the little touches that showed how much thought went into guest comfort. The view from the room was breathtaking, and I loved waking up to the charming sounds of the city.

It is a very nice hotel with a very good location in the city centre, just a few steps from the Galata Tower and just 2-3 minutes walk from Sishane metro station. There are lots of places to have a meal nearby. I needed to overnight between my flights (it is really very convenient to get to both SAW and IST airports using public transport from there), but i would have stayed there longer with a great pleasure. The room was very spacious, clean and nice, having all one needs when it comes to furniture (including a proper desk, extra chairs and bed-side tables, air conditioner etc). There even was a kettle and free coffee and tea there. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom not too big, but convenient, it had the required toiletries and towels. The room did not offer a view (overlooked the inner yard and other shabby buildings), but this is typical for central hotels in Istanbul. The hotel staff were really very friendly and helpful! + you can leave your luggage there before checkin and after checkout.

unfortunately there is no elevator, so you have to climb the stairs. The hotel receptionist was very kind to carry my suitcase to my room, but if you have lots of luggage and have to do it yourself, it may be a problem.

We like this small, cosy hotel and stay usually one-two days between our flights. Good price-convenience ratio, very friendly managers, always ready to help. The hotel is located literally a stone's throw from the Shishane metro station. We leave our luggage at the airport and take metro, lines M1 and M2, to reach the hotel. True, the transition to line 2 is long, but without luggage it is not difficult. The hotel is located next to the Galata Tower and the famous Istiklal street, with a large number of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel rooms are small, but have everything you need. There is no breakfast, however this is not a problem for us, in the morning we only drink coffee, and there is a kettle and coffee and tea in the room.

It was my 2nd stay at this hotel to overnight between my flights. Most of all, i liked its location (very convenient to get there from both SAW and IST airports by metro) and the staff (very welcoming and helpful). The hotel is very close to Sishane metro station - just 5 min walk (but you need to find the exit to Meşrutiyet Street!), and the Galata Tower is very close. The hotel is small, simple, and a bit outdated, however, the room was clean, the temperature was comfortable, the bed and pillows were convenient, and the linnen fresh and nice - and that was all i needed for the overnight. There was no view from the window, but it is a common thing for city hotels in Istanbul. Also, if you have much luggage, please ask for a room on the lower floors as there is no elevater, only the stairs. The bathroom was small but convenient, there were some toiletries available, the shower worked well, the water was really hot and had a good pressure (though the room was on the 3rd floor). So i was very satisfied with my stay and will be happy to overnight there again, even for a longer period of time.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and just a short distance from the main attractions. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The staff was polite and always available, providing excellent service 24/7. They were helpful and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Superb location: galata tower and taksim street extremely close, buses and şişhane metro station couple of minutes away. Busy neighborhood with restaurants/pubs/supermarkets/pharmacy nearby. Rooms: daily cleaning (if requested), convenient cleaning hours (when you leave your room, regardless of the time during day), bathroom was clean and newly renovated seems like (big plus), bidet function, toiletries, safebox, minibar with very reasonable prices, kettle with daily complimentary coffee/tea/water, AC, free Wi-Fi. Friendly and accommodating staff: nearby activities recommendations, 24/7 presence, scale to weigh the luggage before checking out, shuttle service (optional).

I wouldn't call this negative since it's personal preference but the AC is locked and can't go below 16degrees Celsius. As a person living in the Nordics, 16 degrees is summer weather, so going few degrees less would've been perfect during the hotter hours of the day. During the night it's no problem and we even found ourselves turning it off sometimes.

Tiny room but has everything you need. Really comfortable beds. Nice staff, available 24/7. Great location, in one of the nicest neighbourhoods of Istanbul (from what I've seen), felt very safe and it was easy to reach.

The place is in a not excessively noisy area but regardless Istanbul can be noisy, and you could hear everything going on in the street very clearly. Not the best choice for light sleepers. Tip: specify you don't want to be in the ground floor, or you'll end up staying in a room in front of the reception, where you can clearly hear everything going on with guests/reception at any time of the day and night.
