The hotel is situated next to Istiklal street, which is the main shopping area in Istanbul. Despite being next to this extremely noisy street, the hotel is in a quiet little street and you feel safe. There are many, many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby, as long as many breakfast options. The hotel is next to the Metro station Sishane and the central metro station Taksim is the one next to Sishane. There are also many other means of transport nearby (such as the Tunnel, if you want to go directly to the Galata Port area or to the Galata Bridge). The room and the bathroom are very clean, and the beds quite comfortable. Our room had a very nice view! The staff and the owner are very polite!

The hotel doesn't have an elevator, which was not a problem for me as the staff helped me carrying my suitcase, byt may be a problem for someone else. The room was very hot during our stay (January) and, as it has central heating, you cannot turn it off.

Manager "jem" was super friendly and always up for a chat and to help if needed.

Rooms were nice but can be a little noisy with regards to busy street outside. Could also be "turned over" a little more with house keeping but, didn't trouble me as much as I'm a single traveller

This was a great option for the price. The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the Metro, coffee shops and restaurants, 7 min walk to Galata tower. We really enjoyed waking up in this location each morning. The location was also great in exploring other parts of Istanbul like the Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, Taksim, Ferry port to the Asian side. The hotel staff were always very helpful and helped us arange taxis and provided us an iron. The room was cleaned every day of our stay except Sunday. We felt very safe in the hotel. For what we paid for, we were very satisfied.

The bed was a little bit short for us tall guests, and the room was smaller than we expected. We managed to pack everything in the wardrobe and keep the suitcases above it so it wasn't a problem. The hotel is next to a road where, in istanbul, there tends to be more care honking than usual. I wore ear plugs so I slept very well. My husband had a problem one night hearing a guest talking (normally) late in the night from their room. He wasn't wearing earplugs, so I recommend just to bring earplugs so this wouldn't be an issue.

Staying at Perazre Hotel during our trip to Istanbul was truly a wonderful experience. First of all, the hotel’s location is excellent — it’s within walking distance to many major attractions like Sultanahmet, Eminönü, Galata Bridge, and Topkapi Palace. It made exploring the city so much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. After a long day of sightseeing, it was a relief to return to such a cozy space. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily without any issues. Breakfast was served as an open buffet with a good variety. We enjoyed fresh cheeses, olives, eggs, fruits, and hot drinks. Starting the day with a delicious meal and a cup of coffee on the rooftop with a view of Istanbul was truly memorable. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they assisted us with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome and at home.

Staff were incredibly accomodating and friendly. We had a strange check in situation and they let my friend into our room at 8am the day of arrival which was much appreciated. Great location, close to metro, city centre, good restaurants and bakeries.

Just to be aware it is up a bit of a hill. We were also unlucky and there was a protest the day of checkout. The hotel was inside the police check points and we could still walk in and out as needed. However it was a little bit stressful trying to get to the airport and we needed to walk to a further away metro station with our luggage. This didn’t have a huge impact on our stay though.

Staying at Perezra Hotel was truly the highlight of my trip to Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made the experience unforgettable. The rooms were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable — I especially appreciated the little touches that showed how much thought went into guest comfort. The view from the room was breathtaking, and I loved waking up to the charming sounds of the city.

It is a very nice hotel with a very good location in the city centre, just a few steps from the Galata Tower and just 2-3 minutes walk from Sishane metro station. There are lots of places to have a meal nearby. I needed to overnight between my flights (it is really very convenient to get to both SAW and IST airports using public transport from there), but i would have stayed there longer with a great pleasure. The room was very spacious, clean and nice, having all one needs when it comes to furniture (including a proper desk, extra chairs and bed-side tables, air conditioner etc). There even was a kettle and free coffee and tea there. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom not too big, but convenient, it had the required toiletries and towels. The room did not offer a view (overlooked the inner yard and other shabby buildings), but this is typical for central hotels in Istanbul. The hotel staff were really very friendly and helpful! + you can leave your luggage there before checkin and after checkout.

unfortunately there is no elevator, so you have to climb the stairs. The hotel receptionist was very kind to carry my suitcase to my room, but if you have lots of luggage and have to do it yourself, it may be a problem.

The location was perfect for exploring Galata and taking all sorts of public transportation to other parts of Istanbul, too. We had a room on the first floor, looking to a parking lot, but it was very quiet in the night. The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities.

The only real downside was the tiny toilet/bathroom. We are a couple of rather petit people and still had issues of fitting in comfortably...the ac in the bathroom doesn't really work either, and after taking the first shower the bathroom smelled bad for the rest of our stay.

The hotel has an excellent location, and the check-in and check-out processes were very smooth and convenient. I only had two minor issues during my stay: first, I was required to leave the room key at the reception whenever I left the hotel. Second, although the metro station is very close to the hotel, it was unfortunately closed during my visit, possibly due to political reasons. Overall, I didn’t face any serious problems at the hotel and had a comfortable stay.

We like this small, cosy hotel and stay usually one-two days between our flights. Good price-convenience ratio, very friendly managers, always ready to help. The hotel is located literally a stone's throw from the Shishane metro station. We leave our luggage at the airport and take metro, lines M1 and M2, to reach the hotel. True, the transition to line 2 is long, but without luggage it is not difficult. The hotel is located next to the Galata Tower and the famous Istiklal street, with a large number of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel rooms are small, but have everything you need. There is no breakfast, however this is not a problem for us, in the morning we only drink coffee, and there is a kettle and coffee and tea in the room.
