Clean, comfortable room and bed, close to all public transportation, few meters from Galata Tower, Istkilal shopping center, Galata Port, the sea view , restaurants and coffee shops all are near and open till late night.

While the overall experience at the hotel was pleasant, I encountered an issue on my first night stay with one of the night shift receptionist who seemed unprofessional in their demeanor and communication. I felt that their approach to customer service was not up to the standards expected of a hotel of this reputation, left a negative impression and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable visit. I hope the hotel addresses this to maintain its high standards I believe there is room for improvement in training staff to ensure all guests are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.

This would be the first time I write a review and Aspera Golden Horn absolutely deserves it. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable, offering easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area, especially when it’s really close to Galata Tower. The services provided at the hotel were top-notch, making my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Their warm hospitality added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. We arrived quite late in the night and haven’t had any dinner. Since the kitchen was already closed, the night auditor (if I’m not mistaken his name is Orhan) ordered us some food. Very thoughtful. Moreover, the views from the hotel were breathtaking, allowing me to relax and unwind while taking in the beautiful surroundings. In terms of improvements, I honestly can't think of any. My experience at this hotel was flawless, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. Overall, my stay at this hotel was exceptional, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to the hotel staff for making my experience truly remarkable.

Not really a negative point. There’s a metro station right in front of the hotel but we never used it as it doesn’t go to main attractions in Istanbul. However, the closest tram station is just 10 minutes walking distance. Not too bad.

I like the room so much nice and comfy. The hotel is clean and at good location centre of all attractions.

The toilet bidet not working that well.. need to be repaired. Some of the staff need to be more polite to every guests and try not to be racist.

The hotel is right in front of the metro exit, which is very convenient It is located in the center, you can easily get to restaurants and shopping on foot It is 3 stops by metro to the nearest big mall, you don't even need to get out of the metro The staff is very responsive and will help with any issue. Once I even borrowed money from them for a taxi because I didn't have cash The cleaning in the rooms is beyond praise, they clean and fold even clothes if you didn't have time to hang something on a hanger and put it in the closet when you leave, for which I have great respect. To my great regret, I couldn't leave a tip because I didn't have cash before leaving the hotel

The location is superb, just 10 meters away from the Metro and 150 meters from the bus stop. It's a short walking distance to Galata Tower and Istiklal Street, where you can enjoy shopping and food. The staff is very helpful and always willing to provide full support. Special thanks to Mr. Ozgur and Mr. Rusen, the manager, who made our stay remarkable with their love and kindness. I stayed for five nights at Aspera Hotel Golden Horn, and I really liked everything about the hotel. The breakfast was great, the cleanliness and comfort were beyond expectations, and the staff were very kind and polite. Also, the location of the hotel is brilliant; it is located near all favorable locations. Not to mention, the sea view you get to look at from the window of your room is spectacular. This will surely not be my last visit!

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and quality furniture. Room service was prompt and efficient, and I especially appreciated the superb lighting system. One thing I overlooked when booking was checking for a gym — I assumed there would be one, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available. On the positive side, the wellness center was truly refreshing and a great place to relax after a long day.

Hotel is very good. Room, staff, breakfast, everything is very good. Hotel is five meters from Sishane metro station. You can use metro from Istanbul Airport to Gayrettepe station. After that, use another metro from Gayrettepe to Sishane. No need for taxi. It takes 15 minutes to get to Karakoy tram station (Galata bridge). From there, you can go to Sultanahmet. Galata tower and Istiklal street is not far away (5 minutes walking).

Bathroom was nice and big, but the shower itself was nearly pathetic. Usable, but only so much. Also, I've been told their rooftop restaurant is being renovated, which meant breakfast was served downstairs in a limited space, with limited choices. Coffee was awful, but my coffee standards are high.

The hotel was really nice and offered easily access to all the important sights. The breakfast was excellent and everything was perfectly prepared. We are thankful and pleased to meet the four guys in the breakfast area and the hotel bar, Guney, Emre, Gurkem and the sweet Zeynep!!! They were all adorable and made our stay to Aspera Hotel and Istanbul unforgettable!!! Thanks to all of them for their kindness and eagerness to help us! Never forget all of them, the sweets and of course the information and help they offered! The people at the reception were all so kind and helpful and eager to answer our questions.
