A great hotel, a short walk from Galata Tower, interesting streets, and transport. Staff were delightful and made our stay relaxing. We had room 402, Deluxe Sea View. It was spotless and exactly like the photos, if anything, even nicer. Serviced daily to a high standard. A Turkish rug made the room beautiful. There is an excellent terrace on the top floor for breakfast and also drinks, which you can order simply with the phone there. We received the front door code, but there is always an attentive staff member faster than us to open the secure door. I recommend this hotel. Soundproofing was fine. We stayed ten days and were satisfied, would stay again.

No complaints A future guest may like to note it does not have an operating hammam or sauna, the description should be edited. For further information, the elevator does not extend to the terrace so from an accessibility perspective you will need to be able to use stairs for one floor.

We liked the hotel location, the the views from the terrace during breakfast and from our room. The people at the lobby were always willing to help. We didn't have any issues at all. This is a very good hotel for a family. In many other places I would have to book two separate rooms if I want beds to sleep for 4 people. But in this hotel they offer one room which has reasonable price and a great view. I would also like to mention breakfast, I expected that there could be poor choice of dishes, because it is not a buffet "all-you-can-eat" type. But it was actually good. Our room was clean, everything was working, nothing to complain. All in all we were pleased to stay there. Thank you so much for our great short stay, it really helped make our vacation memorable.

The location is excellent, close to all local attractions including Istiqlal Street and a short walk to the trams. Our room was very comfortable, bathroom is big and updated. The breakfast was good with many choices. Most importantly the hotel staff are excellent! They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and were so helpful and pleasant always! We also loved the upstairs roof terrace, great to hang out after a long day on the go and enjoy the panoramic views of the city.

It was a perfect place for those who want a comfortable room with nice views. The view from the rooms is nice but the view from the terrace is like a dream, especially at night. There is a nice safe paid parking garage right in front of the hotel which costs 11 euros for 24 hours. The metro stations is very close. The famous Istiklal street and Galata tower are in a walking distance. The staff was really helpful and responsive. I needed to iron my clothes, and they gave me an iron immediately. The rooms were clean and they had a good sound isolation and a nice view of the golden horn sea.

Hotel didn't look inviting from out outside but the location was great just a short walk from the metro station and lots of bars and restaurants. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great view from the rooftop where the great breakfast was also served. The staff could not be more friendly, considerate and inviting - even when I arrived in the middle of the night I was greeted with a friendly welcome. They were very willing to help in anyway they could and would always stop for a chat.

Staff and location are amazing. We were received by the hotel owner who kindly spent some time explaining the region. The Room was big, beautiful and with an increadible view to the Bosphorus.

The air conditioning system is the same for the whole building. Our room had an inside temperature of 24 to 25 degrees celsius with the heat off and even by asking twice the staff could not turn on the cooling system even if it was that hot, because it means they would turn off the heat for the whole building (but why having the heat on for such a high inside temperature?). We couldn’t sleep any night because of the hot temperature, and it was disappointing, because I made a reservation of a room with air conditioning afterall and there wasn’t any note informing that the cooling system would be off in this period.

The room was big, bright and well equipped. The view was great. The shower and restroom were well designed. I enjoyed my room. Besides, the location was great, a couple of miles from the Galata Tower, Eminönü and Karakoy. You just walk there. Transportation is near also whether it's the metro of bus. The staff were very nice and helpful for every inquiry. The breakfast was great also, it's in the terrace in the 7th floor offering a mesmerizing view on the city I highly recommend it!

We stayed for 6 nights in this beautiful hotel and were absolutely delighted! The service and staff were excellent, very friendly, and incredibly welcoming. Our spacious room on the 6th floor was tastefully decorated (the owner is an architect) and always spotless. The stunning sea view was a highlight we enjoyed every day. The hotel also has a very good location, with the metro, Galata Tower, and Istiklal Street nearby. It was fantastic to have the option to order breakfast to our room or enjoy it on the terrace, which offered an equally wonderful view. In summary: Highly recommended!
