The hotel is in the very city center, all sights are at hand. The room is cosy, like in photos. The staff is very nice and helpful. My room had a beautiful view at the Bosphorus, so I could see it as I woke up. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was sparkly white. Morning breakfast on the terrace with full city panorama.

The cleaning could be better. There were dust in some places and as I put on the slippers, long female hair sticked to them immediately. There are no minimal kitchen appliances like plate, tea cup, spoon. Also, there was a specific smell in the bathroom, but I guess, it's a typical thing for the Old City.

The Breakfast was simple but good (and the view from the eating area really added to the experience). I really liked the staff, they were extremely friendly, helpful and very positive. They were happy to ensure that we were comfortable at all times, and were often asking if we needed anything - they were fantastic. The location is perfect, sitting close to Taxim, Galata Tower, a bridge that takes you to the Golden Horn as well as public transport such as the Metro which is very close by. The room was cosy and spacious, the shower had good water pressure, good heating and was quite well renovated. The room included a kettle for making tea and coffee in the morning. Looking back, my only gripe with the place was that the toilet was uncharacteristically high, not terribly higher but enough to notice. It isn't something that can really be fixed, though perhaps a little stool for your feet to sit more comfortably would be my only suggestion for that. Though it really wasn't that big of a deal.

I just came back from my stay at the Galata Green Apple Hotel and it was just amazing! We requested an early check-in and they had our room ready for us already at 8 am. The staff has been exceptional, always reliable and helpful. The location of the hotel is super central, very close to the metro and Galata Tower, and the view you have from the terrace is one of the most beautiful in the city. The breakfast is good and homemade, and we really appreciated it! The room was amazing, for two people it was spacious and had everything we needed. Special mention to the bed, which was SUPER comfortable I really recommend staying there while visiting Istanbul

Not much to say here, dunno if it is something that is on the property but the location might need to be updated as maps show a tricky way to reach the hotel but it is easily solvable

The location of the hotel is excellent – close to everything and very convenient. The hotel itself is simply furnished, but everything was really great. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was fine – not a huge selection, but enough to start the day. What stood out the most was the staff: truly friendly, always smiling, and very attentive. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and a great starting point for exploring Istanbul!

The location was walking distance to Galata Tower and the bustling restaurant street. Short walk to Istiklal Street shopping promenade which was fun. The property itself was modern, funky lights and view from breakfast terrace was beautiful! A bonus to have an outside terrace from our room to have a drink/breakfast from.

The bathroom was a little pokey, it was fine for a short stay. The bathroom door was sticking which the hosts said they were going to get fixed.

This was my first time in Istanbul and I have to say that I had a wonderful time overall. What made my stay at the hotel very good was the helpful and very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist me with my requests. The property is very safe and it’s easy to access the surrounding attractions and public transport facilities. I am coming back as soon as I have the chance to.

The hotel is very nice, very good located, the staff was so nice, friendly and kind.. and also very helpful. I really enjoyed staying there. Also a girl at the breakfast was very kind, she made really good food every single day. Also the view from the highest floor was amazing. Definitely worth of staying there, if you’re looking to stay in the centre area of Istanbul, because all of the famous places are nearby walking distance.

the hotel is in a great location, about 200m from the Galata tower. the staff is very helpful. the room is quite comfortable for 4 people. breakfast is varied and quite sufficient.

the drain in the shower was blocked, so the water flowed poorly. the ventilation in the room is poor.

The hotel is very comfortable and in a very good location. Very close to main attractions. I was able to walk everywhere. The hotel location is very safe for solo travellers. Staff are all very helpful and friendly, they are always trying to help where they can. We became friends.

The staff.. the staff and the staff, it is the bedtime staff ever and i advice everyone want to go to turkey for a vacation, work or whatever he need to book a room in this hotel because you will find the best service and also the location it is maximum 300 m from galata tower and 500 m from taksim
