The location was great! Close to Galata Tower but on a quiet side street so it wasn’t noisy. Easily accessible by metro, ferry, tram. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, large, and had a working air conditioner and reliable Wi-Fi.

The pillows were a little thin and the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine. The room did not come with a bottle of drinking water (most other hotels I stayed at in Turkiye did). Also I hadn’t realized there wasn’t really a common area in the hotel, and my room was actually in a separate building from the reception, so it wasn’t conducive to meeting people, I think it would be better for couples or families, not solo travelers.

New decorations with luxury items. The furniture was brand new and comfortable. The location is the best in Istanbul, it’s close to Galata tower 7 mins walk. Local facilities and shops like SOK and restaurants are very close to you there. The transportation of all kinds are around, specially the metro link and local buses. The hotel is in the heart of Istanbul attractions like Taksim, Eminönü and other areas, all of them can be reached easily by walking, depending on the destination you want to go.

Charming little hotel on quiet street with great access to metro, tram, and several bus lines connecting to all the sights. Just a few blocks from Galata Tower and restaurants. Happy we stayed here and not in the more crowded touristy areas. Kind and helpful staff let us check in early and upgraded our room for free as it wasn't yet the busy season. Clean, comfortable, and felt really safe. We will stay here again if we return to Istambul.

Honestly, nothing to complain about.

The hotel was at a good location and you could acces anything from it. We even had a metro station nearby and we could travel to any part of Istanbul at ease. We especially liked the receptionist Imam, he was very friendly and talkative and he understood us in English which was really hard to find in the city. He was very helpful to us and he seems like the best guy for that kind of job.

We didn't like that a lot of times there was no water and sometimes we couldn't even shower. The water also wasn't clean for drinking and we bought bottled water to be safe.

The room was everything i needed and clean. Towels and basic toiletries. Even a hair dryer. The room was cleaned daily with bed made and new towels. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is good because it is summer and you are never far from music. Near Galata Tower. Near metro. But in order to find this hotel by foot or taxi, you must search for Galaperi hotel which is their neighbor. Otherwise Google maps will take you through a maze of dark winding cobble streets. Better to have Google lead you down main street where its easiest to find.

I recently stayed at Blue Hotel with a perfect location, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were beautifully designed, providing a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, creating a pleasant environment. Sulton, the hostess, was truly marvellous, providing exceptional hospitality and making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a delightful and memorable accommodation experience in a good location.

Good location hotel. Near Metro Station about 3 minits walk. Lot of food cafe nearby. Many tourist also visit this area as it the best route to Galata Tower. Near Bosphorus Strait that we see sunset in the evening. Salih is very welcoming nice and helpful. Also other staffs. The facility is ok and good. They keep the room clean everyday. They try their best to attend your needs. It was a pleasant stay at the hotel and pleasant stay in Istanbul generally for 4 nights. Happy if we are able to visit again in the future. It was a good location close to everithing we want to see, , very clean, excellent personal, quiet, close to subway and Galata Tower, many places to eat local food also with nice persons to serve, very nice

Bazar was closed on Sunday and I did't know. Coudn't find a specific Chocoltate or a supermarket close by, but I didn't try hard enough

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square, and the Golden Horn, with easy access to buses and the metro. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived late, but Mr. Soltan made our late-night check-in smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

Perfect location. Helpful & friendly staff, really good guys on the reception desk. Good rooms with soundproof, all the necessary facilities in, bathrooms are great. Good prices, definitely worths every € // $ you pay.

Cleaning isn’t the best. Soap, shower gel & so on was only on the day of the arrival & once or twice more. So be ready to buy yourself some is staying for several days.
