Location is great! Also, the design is quite good. Staff is extremely friendly. All our requests were fulfilled quickly! Nice bonus: a small kitten living in the flower tub :)

For its price the suites are good! There's a bit lack of privacy in the bathroom (it is located behind the glass door with the curtain), that was not an issue for us, but it can be a problem for anyone else. Also, there can be some defects like creaky doors, but the staff promply lubricated our door

Good location, beautiful view from the window, spacious apartment, quite cozy.

The first disappointment was that the windows were very dirty, which spoiled the view. The shower was half broken and very small, so the water spilled onto the floor; it was also difficult to adjust the temperature and water pressure, but that’s the owner’s responsibility. The furniture was very old, and the sofa had big holes in it. The bed was rather hard and creaky, though that might be a matter of preference.

me and my friends stayed here for NYE and it was the perfect location, suited our needs perfectly. the room was clean and the staff was very friendly when checking in and out.

I didn't quite like how noisy it was during every night we stayed there.

the staff were very nice, all 3 of them, even though we didn’t exchange much conversation but they smile and greet us every time we walk in/out of the hotel. the location was pretty good to me because it was 5 mins walking distance from the M2 metro station, and so very close to Galata tower and Istiklal st. our room was spacious considering it being a small hotel, the room size was actually surprisingly big, it even had a living room section

because of the wooden floors you’d hear people walking above you, which wasn’t that much of a big deal to me, but it was for my friend. and although it is fairly clean, it could’ve been cleaner especially the bedsheets. and btw house keeping is upon request, i only realized that after a couple of days, which i’d say is more convenient. there’s no elevators, and the spiral stairs are a real deal, we were only on the 3rd floor and we’d be so out of breath when we get to our room.

Location of the property and hospitality of the host were outstanding, can’t expect more

The rooms could be cleaned better but as per the money it was in good condition.

Everything is good , very Clean ,The reception staff provide a very good service. great help.

There is no elevator, you have to drag your luggage up the stairs.
