Location is near galata and public transport is just few minutes walk The best thing about the hotel is the amazing staff and their hospitality. I’m going to rate this as a 5 star review on google maps because of the amazing staff; They were generous and amazing, and I was once sitting in the lobby and some exhausted tourists wanted to buy water since everything is closed nearby, the hotel staff offered the water for free (which is amazing) Good job and keep this attitude

We are the flrst guest. Amazing place very big rooms and so silence. It was a great stay. Hotel staff was very nice and helpfull, especially front dest and cleaning lady. Clerks advise us Amazing shopping place and restaurants.Room cleaning was excellent. Near by the galata tower almost 2 min by walk. We loved night atmosphere .There is so many museum, restaraunt near by the hotel. See you soon .

Everyone went well out of their way to be accommodating and to help me along the way as a solo female traveler. Coming into Istanbul, I took a taxi to go to the hotel- it was not a pick up arranged by the hotel; this was a mistake I made, so make sure to book through the hotel. The taxi driver was trying to take monetary advantage by telling me the price was triple what it should be. I told him to turn on the meter and he became more aggressive, so I started messaging the hotel to let them know. They met the taxi driver and I outside and took care of the whole situation for me. Then they gave me tea to calm me down. They were so nice.

Very new opened.l think l am the one of the first guest.Amazing big room silence and very helpfull staff They help me for car parking too Cleaning also awesome. Definetly l will come back

The hotel is very beautiful and clean . Everything is new. The rooms was specious and with great design!!! The personal is very nice and helpful! The Galata tower is really close and Istiklal street is walking distance away.

The only minus is that the area where the hotel is located is not very clean.

I cannot remember staying at a place, where staff were soooo amazing! The hotel is near many touristic places! Galata tower is around the corner! There are supermarkets nearby if you need to grab a quick bite or buy water or something! At the hotel, they give you bottled water everyday (thank you for that), plus slippers (nice touch). The restaurant bar upstairs, is really cosy and with a spectacular view, and the food is good! The service is excellent and staff, again, very very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is good enough and has all you need! The Turkish coffee is excellent and tea, also very good to complement your morning meal! Finally, the cost: very good quality/price! I am very impressed! Should I go back to Istanbul, I would not hesitate to go back to Galata Greenland Hotel!

The location is premium, staff were so friendly and helpful and room size was very big. Definitely enjoyed the stay

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotlessly cleaned every single day, which made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast selection was very nice, offering a variety of options. On top of that, the staff were always available to help with anything we needed—whether it was arranging a taxi to the airport, providing free water, or patiently answering all of our questions. This level of service made our trip stress-free and truly enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-maintained place to stay.

Breakfast was nice. Didn’t change much during the week but there was plenty to choose from. Staff is very friendly, wifi is excellent, room is comfortable, location is good and they have a nice restaurant on the rooftop

The water temperature from the shower in our first room was either freezing cold or boiling hot and would suddenly change from one to the other. This made showering pretty much impossible We were then changed to another room where the water temperature would still sometimes change but not as much as in the previous room and also not too big of a difference in temperature. The top floors might experience some noise from weekend parties from the bar at the highest floors which we did since our first rook was below the bar

The staff of the hotel is super professional and helpful. Location is great within a short walking distance from the Galata Tower and another sightseeing points. Many restaurants and cafes in the district. Wery good developed public transportation system. The hotel provides excellent breakfast with possibilities to try many local specialities and delights. Room was comfortable with big bed and cosy mattress. We enjoyed our week in Istanbul immensely. Thank you for the hospitality!

The neighborhood was a little bit noisy, but it's a part of a local life. We accustomed to it really fast.
