The view from the hotel top was wonderful. The size of the room was good. The location was near Galata Tower and near the metro and many good restaurants. The front desk people were very helpful and willing to answer every question with smile especially Ibrahim. All what you like to drink ( Tea, Coffee, Latte, expresso ...etc), is complimentary available at the lobby and of excellent quality.

They do not change the towels daily, no replacement of coffee or Tea bags until you ask so. They give one bottle of water once at day of arrival and you have to buy from the market the rest of the days.

The location is perfect!! People are great at the hotel, very helpful!! Totally value for money

The hotel is located along a narrow and steep street close to Galata Tower. It has an excellent view over the city from the rooftop terrace, where the breakfast area is. It is a modest hotel, with basic facilities, but everything was working well (e.g. internet, shower, daily cleaning), and the people at the reception were friendly and spoke English. Behind the hotel is a green area (exceptional in Istanbul) with a ruin of one of the towers of the city walls, and an old bell tower of a church.

Be aware that taxi's can't drop you off in front of the hotel, as the street is very steep and narrow. You need to walk about 50 meters. Be careful at night as the streets are deserted and may look a bit intimidating.

Staff in the hotel was very helpfull, and all around amazing. Manager and admins were always ready to answer any questions. and point out the directions of nearby transport zones, points of interest, and smaller stuff, like places with good currency exchange rate or tobacco shops. Location is 11\10, everything is really close, and the view from the hotel roof, where they serve breakfast, is simply breathtaking.

The building of the hotel is quite old, and really need some small repairments here and there. Soundproof in the hotel rooms is pretty much non-existent - you can hear the air conditiong from other rooms. To be honest, i kinda felt bad for the people who lived next to us, as i was coughing a lot. However - it is only true for the adjacent rooms, so it is not always going to be an issue.

The hotel is perfectly located closer to some of the tourist attractions. The staff are exceptional, especially Ibrahim who went above and beyond his way to ensure my stay was comfortable and guided me about the city and public transport. Upon my arrival, he offered me tea and a Turkish delight which was a lovely treat after a long journey. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the aircon worked flawlessly. The views from the hotel rooftop are breathtaking.

The hotel could benefit from some minor upgrades as the light bulb in my bathroom was flickering and the shower caddy was loose. However, these minor issues did not impact my stay at the hotel.

Reception workers were extremely friendly and helped us with everything. The location was perfect: a 3-minute walk away from the Hotel to Galata Tower and 5 minutes to the Tram station. Around were so many restaurants and rooftop view of the hotel was amazing nights.

The only bad thing I can say about this hotel is the breakfast. Breakfast was not tasty and cold mostly. It doesn't fit a good breakfast.

Great price! It was half the price of the hotels in the same range. Maybe even cheaper. The room was quite clean and warmly decorated! It also had a proper and silent AC. The bathroom was also neat and clean. The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is very close to Sishane subway station and has a nice terrace view of Galata Tower. Great room, great location, great price! I definitely recommend the place and will certainly be staying there in my next visits to Istanbul :)

The location of the hotel is very good - 200 meters from Galata tower and not noisy at all. Turkish coffee and tea offered at the reception. The terrace for breakfast is fabulous - great overview of the tower and the old town Istanbul. Double deluxe rooms were small, but well furnished and from the 3rd floor with a nice view. Rooms were clean and tidy. Day receptionist is polite and helpful.

I have made a reservation with credit card and yet we were asked to pay in cash only. Only after some discussion we were allowed to pay by credit card. Rooms have some wear and tear, broken showers, etc. Not a big deal, one should expect such things.

The location was exelent, rooftop view amazing, Room was really nice for me.

Carpet, sheet, blanket was dirty, i think this is important thing in this life at the moment. The smell was little bit tobaco.
