location and value for money.the hotel is a bit old, so not everything looks like in the photos, but overall it is well-kept. for Istanbul and this location, the price in relation to the room is adequate. bedding and bathroom clean.Let it be a recommendation that I often come back to this hotel.

mattresses in some rooms would require replacement due to their deformation. minor shortcomings, e.g. not enough towels on the first day, quickly replenished when requested. the view from the window will not delight everyone. but you don't come to Istanbul to sit in the window ;)

Hotel is in an excellent location, not a full minute from Galatakulesi, and also very close to other attractions and locations such as Galatabridge, Taksim, Istiklal, Galataport... all not more than 10 minutes away. The room we stayed in (no. 112, on the ground floor) was spacious, with an excellent full double bed and a small third bed. We were given an upgrade even though we booked a double room. Room was clean, toilet was renovated. All in all, very good value for the money we paid, especially if you don't spend a lot of time in the hotel (as there are no facilities such as spa, massage etc.). The manager and the staff were very kind, changed towels and cleaned the room whenever we asked, and we left the luggage until the evening without any extra fee

The hotel doesn't serve breakfast, but there are a lot of places where you can grab a bite close to the hotel. Also, some small improvements and repair that do not require a lot of money could be made, which would make the hotel look even more appealing.

All staff are very welcoming and friendly, supportive and help me order food 🤣❤️❤️😛😍😍😍 How fantastic cheap hotel that I never stayed in my life with the great spot in Istanbul 3 mins away Galata tower, 10 mins Taksim Square and 5 mins away Grand Bazaar all by walking with cozy and tidy room and good vibe in fountain

Although I was afraid of the comments, the hotel surprised me. The rooms were clean and everything was good, the staff was good, and its location was close to everything from restaurants, landmarks, mosques, and shopping. It was a very nice experience.Thank you all

Only the air conditioner was very weak

The location is perfect, and the room was good value for money. Great staff and very helpful. They know English, so we were able to understand each other. Definitely recommend for budget traveling. Near Galata Tower and famous San Sebastian cheesecake.

Get your best walking shoes because hotel is placed on a hill and wherever you go you will have to go up the hill.

Suat at the reception.. What a great guy he tried his best to make our stay pleasant.. And it was.. The housekeeping ladys were helpful as well.

2 out of 3 windows in the suite room was broken and the shawar head was broken too.. And they don't provide breakfast.. Other than that it was an amazing and pleasant stay I would do it again.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect – the staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The location is unbeatable, just a minute away from Galata Tower and a short 10-minute walk to Taksim. Thanks for making my visit so enjoyable!

The staff are very kind and supportive The location of the hotel is great very close to Galata Tower (only drawback is that the street leading to the hotel is really steep and hard for old people to walk) The hotel is quite at night and even its central location the rooms have good isolation.

The staff is very friendly. They help with everything, offer water, tea, coffee everytime you come to the reception. There is no elevator, but the receptionist guy always helps with luggage and heavy staff. The room is warm and comfortable. The location is 100 m away from Galata tower, but still it's a quiet area. You can take PCR test at the hotel.

During our 4 nights of stay, no one cleaned the room. We called the reception guy and asked for toilet paper and toiletries, he brought them. We even asked if they clean the room everyday, he said yes, but no one cleaned. Also, there is no heat in the bathroom, it's always cold, but the bedroom is warm.

Friendly staff, great locatiom, convenient tourist guides. They even printed our boarding passes. Suggested excursions and booked for us withour any hasstle. value for money with a 5 star service. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting istanbul.

Nothing that we disliked about this place. Spot on.
