It is 2 minutes away from Galata Tower, it had good AC and really kind and helpful staff.

The pillows were indeed unsleepable on lol.

It’s located at a very nice place, close to Galata tower but not at a very loud and busy neighbourhood. The staff was very kind and accommodating at everything we asked. (We had a problem with the shower draining an it was fixed immediately)

The only issue was the heating, we were very lucky during our stay and we had an excellent weather despite the fact that it’s was March. The heating was on all the time and the room was really hot during the night, we opened the windows during the day but we could not sleep with the windows open. Another thing that I should probably mention is that we didn’t have housekeeping for the last two days (it might be the fact that we were leaving the room around noon time)

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room and the building was very clean and I very much liked the ambiance and the decor. The carpet paintings on the walls were beautiful. Overall was a lovely stay. I would book with Aramis again.

The only slight problem we had was that the aircon unit in the room leaked water during the night but it stopped when we switched it off. It was our last night so we didn't bother asking for a fix and just let the staff know when leaving. They were very apologetic but it wasn't very much of an issue for us.

This is my second time staying at Aramis Galata hotel. I cannot recommend any other place as this hotel has everything you need: clean and tidy rooms, a nice bathroom with fresh white towels, a conditioner that works very well! And the owner is the hotel is an incredibly kind man - mr. Süleyman (I’m sorry if I spelled the name wrong)! You can ask him any question and you can be 100% sure that you’ll get the right answer.

Room and bathroom both were very comfortable and the hotel itself is very nicely located two steps away from Galata Tower. Modern fittings, a room maybe a bit “full” for the space available but cozy altogether. Staff at reception very friendly.

I would have liked the temperature of the shower to be quite a bit warmer. Also the temperature in the room was lower than I prefer. Towels in the bathroom are good quality but not super-drying. There is no elevator so guests with a physical disability or simply having heavy luggage might find it a challenge.

The room was on the 2nd floor and had the 3rd single bed in a separate space. We also had a nice little balcony. Loved the comfortable beds, the decoration of the room that is newly renovated and, the modern bathroom with shower. Very friendly and helpful staff at all times. In addition, the proximity to the Galata Tower and the Galata bridge really helped moving around a lot.

We had to ask for new towels and cleaning of the room - the hotel provides a specific card to hang on the door but we are used to not ask for this. For women solo travellers, the area is a bit dark, prefer staying on the main road on the left of the hotel entrance that is more lively.

Stayed at this hotel in Istanbul and had a great experience! The location is fantastic—easily accessible by foot and well-connected to local transport. It’s close to all major tourist attractions, making sightseeing super convenient. The staff was friendly, and the overall ambiance was great. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!

The location was great, room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable (except pillows). We were at the top floor and had a balcony which was great too.

Pillows were not particularly comfortable, we asked for a smaller one, but our request was ignored. There was no room service, we had to ask for toilet paper on the third day of our stay, no one had checked the room in three days. There are coffee making facilities, coffee and tea were provided on the first day but never refilled.

Everything was amazing! The staff was the best, especially the man that wished me happy birthday after he had our passport and saw that the date corresponded to my birthday. They were ready to help us with everything. I study architecture and the interior of the room, the way it was decorated was AMAZING! I fell i love with every detail.
