Super comfortable location, you could reach main location just by walking. Client-oriented. As we had cooker in the room, we asked for the extra pot, with any excuses, easily they brought us to the room. Also we had some problems with our kettle. It was not working. After saying the problem, manager brought us another working kettle. Feel free to ask gor equipments you need. 🙊 Moreover, we had our flight in the evening, so it was allowed to leave our luggage for some couple of hours in the hotel.

Lack of elevator

The location was good but didn’t like going up hill leaving the hotel to Galata tower but again Istanbul is full of hills so the chances are other hotels are likely to have the same issue. Narrow reception and entrance with no lift but as I am athletic that wasn’t the issue, a couple of tables for smoking area out side were ok but the flat was perfect and clean apart from the toilet water washer not the flush, it makes a mess, so that needs fixing! But a nice view of Istanbul and 3 minutes walk to galata tower and galata night life. The staff were nice and helpful at the hotel. Also advising others to do a proper research about spending money in Istanbul as some videos and search results online are old and under estimate how expensive is Istanbul.

The apartment is located quite conveniently, near Galata tower, metro station, funicular and bus station, which gives you access to all parts of Istanbul quite easily. The size of the apartment was very good, all with a small kitchen, big windows, lots of light and nicely decorated. Their breakfast is served out-house in a beautiful restaurant right in front of Galata tower, with good breakfast options.

A number of things were broken in the bathroom - the sink was wobbly, the shower glass was unbalanced, some of the water leaked outside, which means no good waterproofing and the shower ventilator was literally scotch-taped to the wall and not working. It is not unbearable or much of a deal-breaker, but it is unpleasant and certainly worth noting.

Good location near the Galata Tower! The hotel is located nearby the metro station, so the location is ideal for visiting Istanbul and you don't need other means of transport at all because the metro system is extremely well organized. Friendly hotel staff, apartments are spacious and solidly decorated! All in all, a recommendation for young people and families who want to be in the center of events!

Maybe pay a little more attention to small repairs and maintenance, such as the wobbly shower bracket and window curtains, little things that can spoil the ideal picture, but nothing terrible!

Large apartment - 501 - top floor ' penthouse ' - fifth floor with great terrace and excellent views over the Bosporus with the Galata Tower just behind. Location perfect and my goodness what a busy evening area - so buzzy in a good way. Arrived at 12.30 and room ready which was good as check in time 2pm. Reception arranged for a prompt taxi car to get us to the airport quickly when we left.

We spent 8 nights in Istanbul and the Princes Islands in three different locations and we found the air conditioning at GHH to be weak in comparison. Not us but some people might prefer there to be a lift. Had to ask for extra towels / sheets / toilet roll when should have already been provided.

The receptionist was good, and the location is great. The room was as big as we saw at the pictures.

The room was not cleaned even once during our vacation. The sofa was burned with cigarette.

The location is great! You can reach metro for 10min and Galata Tower for 5min. Managers always help us with our troubles. They made our staying more comfortable. We can recommend this hotel for your vacation in Istanbul.

The towels were dirty and shower worked badly. Also there were very small number of dishes in the kitchen. The size of the room was smaller then they promised on the Booking.

We stayed one day as a family of four. The location is awesome, just 150-200 meters from Galata Tower. So we could catch a relaxed visit before the crowds built up. There is a huge selection of neat cafes in the area. It was also an excellent base to conveniently visit Dolmabahce Palace and Taksim/Istiklal - all in a single day. The room was very neat. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the fifth floor. They provided us a spare cot free of charge. If you're staying longer, you'll find their kitchen well equipped too. An excellent stay overall.

The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working. But I'm sure they'll rectify that very soon.

The hotel is great for its price especially thanks to the wonderful and most helpful employees: Salim, Akbar, and Hamza. They helped us with everything we needed and made our stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was delicious and always on time, the room was warm and the bed was comfortable.

Sometimes we could not connect to wi-fi but all we had to do was ask someone to reboot the router in the lobby. The connection speed was more than adequate and enough for 2 laptops and 2 smartphones.

Location was good. Staff downstairs helped us a lot even at night time

Toilet had a little sewage smell rest everything was great.
