I like everything but most the people! Me and my sister felt like we were at our home. Room is nice and clean. They change our towels every day and clean our room. Breakfast was amazing and super delicios. Hospitality is really on high level! I felt sick one night and sir made tea for me and gave me fruits. They are so kind and friendly. I recommend this hotel. For the end, big THANKS for amazing time - Nina and Ivana from Montenegro (Karada). We will be back, for sure. ♥️

The hosts were very nice & friendly, they allowed us to check-in early after an overnight flight, it was much appreciated. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfy and we all had a good rest. The location was the best, super close to Galata Tower & Taksim, with easy access to metro & bus stations. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely book again on our next trip to Istanbul. New hotel on convenient location! Galata Tower is 2 minutes away as well as a lot of shops, restaurants, cafes and markets. Room we chose was a bit small but had everything we needed for our trip. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they offered to call a cab and also gave us scale to check our luggage weights before we went to the airport! 😁 Also value for money is good! Recommend!

A lot of mosquitoes come in when opening the window. I got some bites, but doesn’t matter all in all great stay. Recommend to add mosquito nets at least on one window per room, that would be a life saver ☺️

We really liked the location of the hotel. There was a nice parking close to it. It is close to a bus station, metro and to the Istiklal street. The staff was really nice and polite! It is a good value for money.

The room was quite small and the isolation of the windows was not the best, thus it was a bit noisy, but nevertheless it was very warm.

Fresh rooms, nice and modern. A little bit smaller than I read in description. Speaking English stuff, very friendly and polite. I ordered transfer, everything was in time. If you need something, I recommend to ask:) 10 from 10 for local hotel in middle category

As a feedback for hotel: be more active in communication. Some people are embarrassed asking something (cleaning, towels, toilet paper etc) As a result the write negative comments.

The hotel's location is very good, close to Galata tower and Istiklal avenue.Personal is very friendly and polite, they helped with all our inquiries. We also asked for the airport transfer, and it was very confortable. We liked the breakfast menu and our room. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip to Istanbul.

It was a very nice location near the Galata Tower very close to Istiklal road and very close to public transport. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and very welcoming always looking out for our best interest and always looking to make our stay enjoyable

Breakfast is worth it. They change it up day to day. They are really nice! Shower is so good and you can see that place is well maintained! Near Galata ~5min walk. Then ~20min to Karakoy and old city.

The location was great. 7 min walk to the Galata Tower and about the same to the metro. Bed was very comfy.

Staff will only clean the room if you ask them to. The bathroom did not have a normal door. It was just a closet door so it did not shut. You can hear construction outside early morning.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, very close to Galata Tower. Just be mindful that there are a lot of steep hills to climb to get to Galata Tower.

A few of the bathroom fittings weren’t secure, so we couldn’t hang our towels in the hooks.
