Our experience at this hotel was truly excellent, and a huge part of that was thanks to Kazim. His warm, attentive, and genuinely caring attitude made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. Honestly, just meeting Kazim makes the whole stay worthwhile! The breakfast was also fantastic – a delicious variety of traditional Turkish dishes that gave our mornings the perfect start. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out above all, though, was the personal and thoughtful attention we received. It made the whole experience feel special, and we’re so grateful for that. Highly recommended!

Located on a busy road you are immediately welcomed inside away from the bustle. All staff are friendly and very willing to help. After a refreshing tea we were shown our room (elevator a bonus instead of walking up 4 flights of stairs). Room spacious, very clean, comfortable large bed, good bathroom with plenty of hot water, lovely large fluffy towels, table and chairs. None of the road noise comes in and whole hotel is very quiet. All the hotel is very clean and and the daily breakfast good, it was a set plate but had enough items and fresh omelet each day. We stayed 4 days and will go back next time. Final bonus was they stored our bikes securely during our stay and while we made a quick trip to Cappadocia.

The location is great, it is a walking distance from galata tower and istiklal Street , also it is near to the bridge to cross to the other side where most of the tourist attractions are such as spice bazar , grand bazar, blue mosque, aya Sofia, top kapi Palace, sulaiman mosque. There was a small cofe shop on the corner next to the hotel serving shisha which was good. There is a small grocery shop next to it, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is small and simple, the staff are amazing and helpful. I took the unit in the 5th floor which was two bedrooms with a balcony that has a very good view over the sea. The room size was good, both rooms have a king size bed (little short if you are 180cm your feet will touch the base) the bed is reasonably comfortable (however I hope they use a softer bedsheets, blanket and pillow cases). The room have a small fridge and a small kitchen. Overall the stay was good, if you are looking for something clean with friendly staff , good location, affordable , then this is a place to consider. Vusal and cemsit will help you as much as they can. Very friendly guys and always smiling.

Wonderful location and extremely clean! The staff were always polite and courteous. Our room was cleaned and we were given fresh towels and toiletries every day. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to stay in the galata area, we will certainly return! Be aware traffic is constant in turkey and you may hear it at night, this was not an issue for us at all.

The room is so clean very comfortable bed room service excellent every day they provide water every day free plus coffee tea kettle ,the staff excellent speak English and very helpful and respectful me and my husband really enjoyed our stay for our anniversary especially the location 10 minutes walk to galata tower or even less and 10 minutes walk to tramway and grand bazar around 20 minutes walk we basically walked and didn’t need public transport the hotel is situated in between all attractions we will definitely come back to Galata Dream Hotel

A fantastic location - both old city and the european parts we accessible on foot. The hotel is nice and stylish. The staff was polite. The breakfast was delicious with turkish coffee and fresh bread, cheese, ham and omlette.

The hotels stands near a loaded road, so it's a bit noisy, but quiet ok with closed windows. It feels like it's not new.

The location is great, like 10 min away from Galata Kulesi, very cool and trendy neighborhood. The room was small but very cute, beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, I would love to appreciate the lady (from Uzbekistan) at the breakfast, she was very sweet, her menemen and türkish kahve vere very tasty :)

the only issue was wifi, we had some difficulties to connect

The employee of the hotel is Fatih, if I remember his name correctly. He is a very hospitable person. They are friendly, helpful people and their conversation is very good. We had a hookah experience with him and he did not disappoint us. The location of the hotel is very good, close to everywhere. The hotel rooms could be a little better, but the kindness of the employees and the location were sufficient for us.

Welcoming helpful staff and great location with good view. Two Metro station was close by.

Upgrade the breakfast and provide small buffet instead of serving breakfast dish.
