Amazing location near Şişhane station, Tunel and Istiklal Cd. All places in istanbul can be reached quickly. Good amount of restaurants and bars. The staff was real professional and amazing. 24/7 reception. The room was good size, but some may find it a bit small, but for the price, it is amazing. Thanks for free bottled water that was refilled every time room was cleaned.

It would be better if there were more places to store clothes. Like a few more shelves. Most storage in wardrobe was taken by minibar or valuables safe. And cleaning staff was great but just can be a bit more attettive to detail, e.g. the used tea cup was not changed, It's not negative for us, but some people may find it noisy, but that I say is expected when staying near the central location.

It was easy to access popular attractions like İstiklal Street and Galata Tower, with a pleasant 10–15 minute downhill walk to Galataport. Initially, we booked a small room, but since we were staying for two weeks, we requested an upgrade. The staff was incredibly accommodating and arranged the upgrade by the next day. Their friendliness made our experience even better.

While the central location offered many advantages, it also came with some drawbacks. The noise from car honking and people shouting on the streets, especially in the evenings and after midnight, could be quite disruptive. Additionally, during our two-week stay, the sheets were not changed, and towels were limited, often inconsistently available after housekeeping. This aspect could use improvement.

Super clean, the room and facility are quite new. Great location, in the center of Beyoglu. The staff are very friendly and responsive. It has 24 hours reception, making us feel very safe to stay here. Our King’s bedroom is spacious and has many windows, which means very bright in the morning. Good shower water, and the bathroom is big. We extended two more days after the first four nights' booking.

The window blinds can't block the light as good as a thick curtain, but for those who sleep wearing an eye mask will not be a problem. Also it sits directly at the side of the streets so there is noise. It’s better to wear earplugs to sleep if you want to leave the windows open.

We were supposed to stay for six nights, but we got spontaneous plans so only stayed for two, but it was my general impression that the staff was very nice and accommodating :) The room was lovely (we stayed in the suite) and very clean. Also, I saw other reviewers saying something about noise but it was no issue for me, since the suites room windows went out to a very quiet street, which I find amazing at such a location. The only thing the hotel was missing was maybe a balcony and some sort of food option, but of ofcourse I knew that before booking. All in all I think this hotel is great for a couple or a single person wanting to experience Istanbul for a few days to a week, because it is so central and nice and you’ll also have a good nights sleep :-)

Property is very well located in the city of Istanbul, right near a metro station and close to the Galata Tower. The Staff is superb and always willing to help 24/7, they also have great tips and tours, for food spots and highlights to see and do in the city. Rooms are well maintained and very clean, bed is very comfortable and Wi-Fi works well. Insane good value for money!

The only thing that can be annoying for light sleepers is that at night you can hear traffic and beeps from the street the hotel is on. Since it’s close to a very busy area of the city, but it also adds to the vibe of the city in a way. The staff does provide ear plugs if needed which eliminates the issue entirely.

Everything was great! What not to love? Very clean, central located, stylish decorated room-keeping old elements of the building which was super cool. Bathroom was also very spacious. What makes it even better is the staff, everyone is very kind, and attentive. Special thanks to our night-shift receptionist Erhan, who helped with anything we needed with his positive personality. Hope we ll make it back soon

The room we got was not actually small, like many people have complained, so it might depend on what is available. It's true that I had booked a single room by mistake and had to pay extra for the room, but we got what was basically an apartment. The location is nice, quite close to the Tunel station and the metro. There are quite a few restaurants in the area, so plenty of options for eating out. Also one or two supermakets, and tons of little shops. Getting to Sultanahmet is probably simplest with the Tunel elevator/tram and then the tram, if you are traveling with kids and don't want to walk too big a distance. The street outside did not seem that noisy; not sure if that's due to the time we were there (around Republic day). Note google maps was not that good at suggesting public transport options from Karakoy to the hotel, so you might want to check in advance.

There was no breakfast space, we paid for a voucher (for Turkish breakfast) that we used in another restaurant, about 5 minutes by foot from the hotel (close to the Galata tower). They are fine, but you can also go there and choose something else besides Turkish breakfast, or check the other multiple eating options in the area.

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable! The location was also pretty good with a metro station in walking distance. The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially Mustafa who helped me get a ticket to a football match, which I’m very thankful for!! So I’d definitely recommend!! (:

The room was pretty small, with very little closet space. We shared a room with 3 people, so it was a bit difficult to put everything away. But we did get extra hangers for in the closet which was very helpful!!
