Location is perfect, the hotel is beautifully kept and clean

The café and rooftop were hosting private workshop on every night I was there, I could access the rooftop to see the view but I felt like I was in the way and the staff wouldn’t serve drinks. The café should be operating for the guests

All staff were so lovely, and really helpful. Bed was comfy enough. Location was good. There was a fridge in the room. You could order coffee and food to your room.

Wifi could have been better and the décor was a bit tired (peeling ceiling etc).

Great location, very friendly staff, nice size of the rooms, big bathrooms, rather comfy beds. There's also a lift which is rare for that part of Istanbul. Just FYI, there are a few steps leading to/from it, so may be challenging to guests with leg problems

I recommend. This room was just like the pictures. Spacious, clean, cozy. With Tower View. There was a terrace. Above a pedestrian street - a quiet and pleasant place. (Just be careful with the stairs on the street when it's wet.) The location is top of the top.

What a lovely experience, location, staff, rooms, literally everything was perfect. Their terrace is a hidden gem, go watch the sunset there! The customer service was superb, so much so we are coming back here for a couple more days on our way back home. The location is perfect, you have all the shops and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance from the main shopping area in Karakoy. Also very comfortable beds and rooms, if you are considering this hotel don’t over think it just book and you won’t regret it! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Bed sheets weren't covering the bed (the staff apologised for this and said they'd fix it). Bathroom was a bit small/cramped.

The loctaion is perfect, close to metro stations and isteklal, the staff are nice people and helpful. We got a room that faces galata tower and the view was magnificient!! We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location with an extremely helpful staff. Due to delayed arrival of our flight, we reached very late but staff was awake and available to help us out. Very tastefully decorated room and a terrace with impeccable views.

Awesome Rooftop Area, nice and clean facilities, the rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Location is great in the heart of Istanbul. Totally recommendable.
