We had the absolute pleasure of staying at an exceptional hotel in the heart of Pera, Istanbul, andwe can't sing its praises enough! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by a truly remarkable team. Each staff member, from those at the breakfast service to the reservation desk and the reception, as well as the diligent room personnel, deserves a heartfelt thank you for their impeccable service. We stayed in a magnificent King Premium room that was not only stunning but also incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location is perfect, situated in the vibrant and historic district of Pera. The beautiful decoration throughout the hotel pays a touching homage to the extraordinary and poignant fate of the Camondo family, adding a layer of historical depth to the experience. In summary, this is a place I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul. It offers a blend of luxury, history, and unmatched hospitality.

The location was great, right in the heart of Pera’s tourist area with lots of wonderful alleyways with restaurants, bars and cafes. The hotel’s historic past makes it interesting. The view from the rooftop offer beautiful views of Istanbul - what lovely place to have breakfast.

Staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. All compliments goes to best staff ever. Hotel is designed beautifully, mix of modern and traditional, very clean as well. Cleaning staff is doing very good job. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Location is the best.

There was no heating in the bathroom and it was freezing all the time. Bathroom also has some permanent stains that are really not looking nice and don't compliment what hotel of 5* supposed to look. If it is possible you need to consider better outside soundproofing as we could not get propper sleep because of the constant noise. Restaurant needs to have a better choice of food, the choice is really really limited.

The hotel staff were exceptional. We received an upgrade and a welcome tray, as our stay was a wedding anniversary. Room was great. Really effective shower, very comfortable bed, and plenty of lighting in the right places. Breakfast was vast, really setting us up for exploring the city. Rooftop bar is great - sat there after breakfast to discuss the day's plans, and again in the evening for a nightcap.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The hotel is close to a couple of restaurants and bars, so there is a little music through the evening, but that's part of the experience.

Excellent location and rooms, staffed by friendly and helpful people who made sure we had a wonderful stay in Istanbul. Breakfast was nice, served a la carte, with friendly opening times (even until 11, which was appreciated after a late travel evening). The hotel location is super convenient for all transportation - cabs, funicular, metro, bus, and walking to all restaurants and sites (if you're okay with hills).

Only small complaint was that the whole property, outside of our bedroom where we used windows and/or AC, was kept extremely warm. This was a challenge we found in all of Istanbul - cabs heated to 28C, for example - so maybe just not something we are used to!

All the staff of the hotel were incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to assist and make your stay memorable. We had 2 rooms booked, and both rooms were upgraded for free during check in - one was upgraded to a 1-room suite, which is really nice and spacious. We loved the ambience of the restaurant during breakfast. The staff of the restaurant were all super nice - very enjoyable stay overall.

Access from the roadside......you have to lift your luggages up the staircases (no ramp).

The Hotel was in a fantastic part of town. Far enough away from the tourist traps but very easy to access the old city via excellent and cheap public transport. The 19th century building been beautifully renovated and the rooms are large, light and airy. The thing that really makes this hotel stand out however, are the wonderful staff. A really lovely team who made our stay exceptional. A special thank you to Yağmur and Esma who went above and beyond.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff provided outstanding service—they were attentive, helpful, and incredibly kind throughout my visit. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful decor that adds to its charm. Everything was impeccably clean and well-organized, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast was also impressive, with plenty of delicious options available to order. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.

The staff are really unusually great, the hotel is lovely, modern and quiet. Everything is exceptionally clean and made to a high finish. The rooftop bar is lovely as well - great views of Istanbul and I never saw it get too busy.
