A new hotel. We were the first customers. Everything was of very high quality. Hotels location was very central and no noise at all. It is also a very safe area. Recommended :)

Location is great: close to the metro line, and Istiklal, lots of nice cafes and shops around. The hosts are nice and attentive. Although the room was quite small, it was still cozy and comfortable enough. I'd say it's great value for the price.

It was okey the first few days but became a bit of a nightmare when new neighbours moved in. I think they started smoking in the room, and the smoke smell transferred to my room. Also they were not especially noisy, but I could clearly overhear their conversations so the room could definitely do with additional soundproofing.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly. They were very helpful. Transportation was easy. Access to shops, restaurants was easy. Istiklal street was a 2 minute walk away. I recommend it, I am satisfied.

Best experience ever! Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles by Mahmood and the rest of the guys at Massimo. They went out of their way to ensure we were sorted with whatever we needed for the duration of our stay! The best part about it, it is so central! 2min walk to the metro and Istiklal street! We will definitely be booking again next time! To Mahmood and the team, thank you for making my family trip so much easier, without your help we would’ve been lost most of the time! Lol

Everything was perfect ! The room itself had wonderful amenities ! In the heart of Istanbul and in the heart of all the beautiful restaurants ! Wonderful staff and perfect check-in and check-out time ! The TV had everything you needed with all the channels , Netflix etc ! And the details of the smallest things made it more beautiful ( there was a paper where you could leave your review) and it was such a thoughtful gesture !

The rooms were a little small but it was not a problem at all because all the other amenities gave perfectness !

Perfect location in 2 minutes from Istiklal Street, from the metro station, and from the tramway stop. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby. BUT the hotel is hidden in a silent place by itself so you are going to sleep well. The room was super cozy and everything was new. The staff was SUPER HELPFUL and polite, they organized airport transfers for us and took care that we arrived safely. I highly recommend this place, 12 out of 10. Great value for the price.
