I had a great stay at Pera Capitol Hotel in Istanbul. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Istiklal Street and close to many restaurants, shops, and public transport options. It’s perfect for exploring both the historical and modern sides of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and were always available to answer questions or offer suggestions. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with everything I needed. Although breakfast was included, we didn’t manage to catch it as we enjoyed the nearby pubs until morning every day! Luckily, water, tea, and coffee were always available, which was a big help. Overall, I would definitely recommend Pera Capitol to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located hotel in the heart of Istanbul.

I liked the location most. It was a short walk to the incline, near a lot of bars and right off of the main shopping street. If you want to be in a quiet area this is not for you. The place is very dated, but has a fridge, elevator and the staff were nice.

The walls are very thin, someone in other room seemed to never go out - tv on a lot. Breakfast could benefit with more western variety included. The lighting in bathroom obviously designed by a man. Can’t see to put makeup on. They need a bright white light over mirror in addition to existing single light in bathroom.

The hotel is very central, very good location with lots of options to eat, have a drink, or public transport. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. For the friendly price, you get a lot of quality! The hotel staff is also very nice and the breakfast has wide selection of everything! I would definitely return here!

I personally did not have a problem with it, but there’s a lot of nice coming from the street in the night. If you are a light sleeper, then it might be a little bit annoying.

This was a great stay, with amenities exceeding the price paid. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast provided was good - a variety of breads, hot dishes, and veggies.

Overall, noise was an issue. I could always hear people in the hallway/I'm sure people could hear me in my room, which made it not feel super private. Additionally, while the location is great, on Saturday night there was very loud noise from the streets past 3am - I think they could benefit form better insulated windows/doors to make things feel more private.

Everything you need in the perfect location to explore Istanbul. The location is excellent, on a really cute street and walking distance to dining options, attractions and transport (even if you have big bags). Bonus it has a lift! The room and bed were comfortable and the shower was great. Really clean room. A great breakfast and the people that work there are lovely and very helpful. Great value for money. I would definitely stay again, and recommend it.

It didn't bother me personally, but if you're a light sleeper it might be good to know that there's quite a lot of noise from outside and you can hear the people in the room next to you talk.

I stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is in a safe location(2-3 minute from istiklal street) I was alone and not afraid even at night, which was the most important thing for me. The room was clean. Breakfast buffet nice, lots of choices. Tea/coffee anytime. Great service. Unfortunately, I don't know their names, but staff super friendly and helpful! Note: There are many bars and restaurants around so if u dont like noise, consider this. I love noisy areas thats why 10/10. P.S. I would surely choose it again next time I visit Istanbul.

Great location, nice breakfast, nice staff!

The main and only thing which we didn't like about our stay is that they don't change towels at all and they don't chek garbage in the room. For six nights we didn't get new towels or they didn't throw out the garbage since there is only one small bin in the room. So that is the space where they can improve conditions. All other was super.

Location Comfortable room: bed, size, bath

There isn't a service room, I mean, I stayed 3 days and no one to clean the room, remove the trash, or make the bed. Breakfast is rich in local food, so it is good for people who search for it. But poor in international food. It's just advertising, not a bad point. The air-condition has a circuit breaker controlled by the people in reception, so one day, mine was turned off, and I have to leave my room and ask to turn it on. For me, it was very inconvenient.

The hotel was in a great location. 2 minutes from the metro station and right next to Istiklal Street. The staff was phenomenal, very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. It was made by a nice lady who made delicious food every morning. The room was big.

The only complaint was that the toiletries were not that great. The shampoo was not good so I had to buy my own, the hair dryer was awful and the towels were stained and some of them were ripped. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
