I travelled to istanbul many times in the past years, but this hotel was by far the best i ve ever been in. I ve already recommanded it to all my friends visiting Istanbul for the next months. Clean, beautufil decoration, very kind staff and managers and beyond all excellent location in a very quiet street ( i ve brought my baby with me) Many thanks from me and my family !

Right in the mittle of Istiklal. 20 meters of walking distance. The AC was on even if you took out the Key card. So when you came back, a fresh cold room wellcomed you. The stuff was very friendly. 24/7 room service. Also since I was on the otherside of the building, i heard nothing of that little pub that was supposed to be loud. Also great bathroom. Taxi station 1min of walking distance. The cleaning ladies might've been the best part of this. They were very friendly and helpful.

Room a little bit small to be considered a deluxe room. 1 of the stuff members was very unfriendly. He had long black hair tied in a bun. He was always on his phone. I dont know if he had a hearing disability and I do apologize if he has but he just looked straight to your face and looked away. Did not respond to hello, good morning or bye. Didnt feel very wellcomed. Stains on the floor. My fridge wasnt plugged in so it took a lil bit untill the drinks i brought cooled down. You have to physically let them know that you want your room cleaned.

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and nice. Hotel is right next to Şışane metro station, 7-10 min walk from tramway and ferry station, so it’s easy to get to any location or sight.

The location is both a strength and a weakness. Being right next to Istiklal Street means you’re right in the heart of the action, with shops, cafes, and restaurants at your doorstep. However, it also means the area gets quite noisy, especially from Thursday to Saturday nights. The lively nightlife can be a bit overwhelming if you’re looking for peace and quiet. If you’re a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs. That said, if you enjoy being in the center of Istanbul’s vibrant energy, this hotel is a great choice.

Good location in the Pera district. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Sishane station and very accessible to transport, shopping, and trendy coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel lobby is not so welcoming but the room was surprisingly very good for a small hotel, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Neat, clean, and spacious. We chose the executive suite as hotel rooms in Istanbul are generally small. Don't expect views as they're none which we didn't mind as we were out all day. Staff was very helpful and kind. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was a little negative was the loud music from nearby entertainment places. Partying continues till late and if you're a light sleeper you might struggle. You can either make yourself so tired after a day of sightseeing that you sleep through or join the party! It's a nice, lively area with some great restaurants and very safe.

This iconic street bustles with life day and night, making the hotel an ideal base for tourists looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant heart of Istanbul. I would like to pay special attention to the hotel staff, who really make this place stand out from others. The reception staff are extremely polite and attentive, always trying to take into account all the wishes of the guests. I have seen significant improvements over the past year, which is a testament to their commitment to taking guest feedback into account and continually improving. This personalized treatment makes coming here feel like coming home. The renovation and decoration of the hotel is also commendable. The interior is stylish and modern, using high quality materials and luxurious details. The bathrooms are particularly impressive - they are equipped with expensive, state-of-the-art sanitary ware (AXOR, hansgrohe). I have never seen such a level even in 5-star hotels, although I travel very often. In addition, the cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable: cleaning is carried out at the highest level, every room is sparkling clean. Overall, this hotel is a real gem in Istanbul. Its great location, great staff and beautiful, well-kept facilities make it an excellent choice for those looking to stay close to Istiklal Street. I loved how centrally located the hotel was, in such a stunning and authentic setting - everything was within easy walking distance, from shops to great restaurants. The staff and management were incredibly friendly and always helpful whenever I needed assistance or information. And the breakfast? Absolutely amazing!

Although the hotel isn’t accessible directly from the front door, getting picked up and dropped off from the nearby side street was still convenient. The hotel offered complimentary water and coffee, with beer available for purchase. It would be great if wine was also an option.

This hotel was my first stop of my Turkey trip and I had a great experience. The staff I encountered during my stay has been kind and very helpful (they gave us tips and recommendations). The hotel is very central, hence why you may hear some outside noise (there is bars and restaurants). The breakfast was authentic and delicious. Very similar every day but if you stay just a few says it is completely fine. The room was clean and decent.

In regards to the room isolation, we unfortunately heard our direct neighbours a lot (they had a very energetic child and were talking super loud when they arrived during the night). I rather am located well and hear some bar noise than hearing the conversations of my neighbours. Overall a great stay
