The hotel is in a very central area, The staff is super helpful and kind.

The interiors are a bit old and the bed is not really comfy

Wonderful helpful and friendly staff who always went the extra mile. Very comfortable beds and a superb location. I would definitely recommend to friends and would stay there again if visiting Istanbul.

The view from the window in my room was not the greatest but every other aspect more than compensated for this.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is in an ideal location, just about 50 meters from the vibrant Istiklal Street, which made it super convenient for exploring the city’s highlights. The room was spotless and maintained daily, so I always came back to a fresh, tidy space. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to lend a hand with any questions or needs I had. Their warm hospitality really made a difference, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The breakfast was a bit hit or miss for me, but honestly, it didn’t affect my overall experience.

Great location. Very friendly staff. And comfy bed with lots of pillows. It was also very clean. Loved the kettle in the room to make yourself a little infusion at night ;-)

The one thing I would say is - be prepared to have zero view or direct sunlight. It can feel a little gloomy if you're staying for a long time in your room. And also, I was on the 2nd floor and felt that the windows were not very good at stopping the noise. If someone was having a conversation quite loudly on the ground floor, then you could hear everything. But this is Istanbul after all, and nothing a good pair of earplugs can't solve.

Everything! The staff were fantastic, from the front desk staff, the cleaners and the staff in the spa. We went for 4 nights for my partners birthday. Upon arrival we were upgraded room which was a lovely touch after such long travel! The rooms were super modern & immaculate! Fresh towels & bedding every day and the water and tea in room replenished when used. We were given a discount for the spa facilities and the restaurant next door (which we didn’t manage to get to visit but it smelt lovely) We had some cakes placed in our room as a birthday gesture for my partner which was a really really nice gesture. We visited the spa the night before we left and it was such a lovely touch to our trip! I opted for a full body massage and Turkish bath package and the service was excellent I cannot recommend it enough! Their spa facilities are really lovely, nice intimate settings and calming after the hustle and bustle of Istanbul! The hotel is perfectly situated about 500 yards from İstiklal Street which holds plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops etc. There is a taxi stand at the bottom of the road and beside that there is also a chemist everything you need is a stones throw away. 15 minute walk to Galata tower, and lots of quirky neighbourhood bars in Pera close by! Grand Bazaar is about 10/12 minute uber journey over the water super easy to get to! Will absolutely be staying here again when I return to Istanbul!

Great location just off Istakal Street near Sisane metro. Rooms were quiet, just a hum of the extractor. Some guests slammed their doors, not the hotels fault that some people are thoughtless. Nicely decorated rooms, clean, comfortable and a decent size. Towels, toiletries and tea and coffee were provided. Breakfast was yummy, they cooked us menemen but you could have your eggs cooked as you prefer, also a buffet of cheese, bread, olives, etc etc. The spa is a nice treat, sauna first then go to the marble hamam room to soap and wash yourself clean. You can pay extra for scrub, massage, facial etc. All staff we met were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I liked everything

I stayed at The Westist hotel for one week with an amazing experience! I can’t find the right words to describe how pleased i was with the hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always going out their way to assist. They are very friendly and cheerful, making me feel right at home. My room was spotless and beautifully furnished. As a woman, I felt completely safe in the area, even when I was out late at night. I highly recommend this hotel; you won't regret your stay! I will be visiting again for sure :))

The location was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. When I was leaving at night to catch my shuttle, I felt a bit uneasy walking outside to look for it since the car couldn’t pull up directly in front of the hotel. The front desk staff noticed my hesitation and kindly offered to call the shuttle driver for me, as the driver didn’t speak English. I really appreciated that thoughtful help.

I selected to pay for the hotel at arrival, but when I was checking in I learned that my credit card was already charged. Not a big deal, though.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The reception staff were especially noteworthy—kind, helpful, and incredibly attentive. They made me feel like I was at home with my relatives. Our standard double room was perfect. It was spotless, thanks to the diligent daily room service, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all my suitcases. We even had a convenient shelf in the room. However, it's worth noting that economy rooms do not have shelves. The bathroom was also excellent, meeting all our needs with ease.
