We had an amazing experience during our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the location was perfect—right next to Istiklal Street. It was incredibly convenient, and at the same time, we felt very safe returning late at night. What was truly remarkable, however, was the outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, always genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend this hotel—it was also excellent value for money!

It’s not big, but cozy and remodeled. It’s warm in the room, the right temperature. The shower is cute and very good water steam. I love the mattress! For my bad back and long flight it’s exactly what I need. The street on which hotel located is small, but the cab was easily able to stop right next to the door. Room smells good and fresh, windows can be opened, there is a smoking area. Front desk assistant was super nice!! He ordered for me food to the room and it was quick, and also he helped with the luggage. Also there are cool restaurants around, safe area to hang out. Oh, they do have elevator. It’s not big, but do work well:) going to try breakfast I’m the morning, cause it’s provided:) the most important, I do feel safe here, traveling along. And about my photos, I’m not professional photographer:))

If you like super quiet place, maybe the city noice will be a little laud for you, but truly, the noice is level 3 from 10. And not bother at all!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Clean, cozy place, great location, friendly staff. The receptionist Novruz was amazing, gave us a lot of tips and suggestions, spoke perfect russian and english. Thank you!

This is my second time in this hotel and I love it. The location is amazing just few steps from Istiklal street and 2 minutes to metro station. It’s a walking distance to Galata tower and port. The room is very clean and the towels are changed daily. I enjoyed the turkish breakfast and the fresh baked pastries. And above all the staff are very nice and helpful.

Excellent Hotel with Unmatched Hospitality Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the level of care and professionalism shown by the staff. The rooms were, comfortable, and well-maintained, and every corner of the hotel felt thoughtfully designed and welcoming. A special thank you to Kemal, whose kindness and attentive service truly elevated our experience. He made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I’m also incredibly grateful to Novruz for his help in navigating the city—his tips and assistance made exploring the area so much easier and more enjoyable and was very helpful with everything we needed and made us feel like home. And last but not least, thank you to the elder gentleman whose warmth and generosity left a lasting impression.

All staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially the 3 gentlemen on reception. The breakfast was good. The location was fantastic - a great base to explore the city. The wifi was fast and the room was spacious and clean. There's a supermarket across the road for snacks.

There was an enclosed smoking room on the top floor, so the top floor smelled of smoke. Additionally, someone smoked outside my room one afternoon (a cleaner, I think, as they were cleaning the floor). It's not the best environment for someone with chronic health conditions due to the smoke, but that seems to be the case across Istanbul :(

The location is great — you can walk almost everywhere without needing public transport. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is quite comfortable, with 7 floors, an elevator, and a nice, spacious terrace. The reception staff are very nice and helpful, and they speak very good English. Big thanks to Kemal 🙏 who made our stay exceptionally pleasant and easy!

During the weekend, it can be a bit loud due to the surrounding bars, so it might not be the best choice for families with small children.

There were three of us in a spacious room on the top floor. Comfortable beds, large bathroom, we really liked that. We didn't use the balcony much because unfortunately it was cold. Because of the cold we slept with the windows closed so we can't say it was noisy. Maybe in summer. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast simple but ok. Location great. Close to the main busy street, as well as the old part of the city. And definitely very friendly staff, always ready to help and advise

They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were happy to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful and the hotel was very clean. Kemal (The Man) was great because he spoke fluent English and gave us a lot of insightful information on Istanbul (the do's and don'ts) and made our stay at the Devman quite enjoyable.They accommodated all of our requests (in room coffee, etc) and were very helpful. The Devman for the price served up a great breakfast to get you going for the day and we thought the location was great because it was in an area right next to Istiklal Street (good nightlife) and a stones throw to the Galata Tower. We would definitely stay again!!!
