The hotel is really well located and that makes walking around Istanbul super easy. The staff is extremely friendly and diligent, they were always at the reception and willing to solve any inquiry we may have. The room was comfortable and WiFi works perfectly.

The cleaning service is not really good. The main problem was that the toilet of our bathroom was losing water and therefore every time we flushed it, some (already dirty) water was falling to the ground and it remained there for the 3 days we were in the hotel, even when we asked for the cleaning service every single day (which means they didn't clean the bathroom). Also when we did the check out the guy at the reception told us he could ask for a car to take us to the airport for 450 TL, but the driver charged us 550 arbitrarily (I don't know if this was the fault of the hotel guy or if the driver was just a scammer independent of the hotel).

All hotel stuff was very nice and helpful! They helped us with all we asked for. We took hotel transfer from the airport and back, they gave us detail instructions about transfer and everything was organized perfectly. Hotel is located right next to the Istiklal street with lot of stores and restaurants. Also tram and metro station are in nearby and it is easy to get to the other parts of Istanbul from here.

Hotel has a perfect location near restaurants and caffe bars, but because of it, it gets a bit noisy during the night. So if you are looking for quiet place maybe it is not the best neighborhood for you.

Great location, very kind and helpful staff who were available 24/7. They helped us with an early check-in, since we arrived in Istanbul very early. The room was clean and equipped with all possible necessities (coffee, tea, drinking water, toiletries, etc.). Overall a great stay in a very centrally located area of Istanbul!

In the weekends (fridays and saturdays i believe) there is a street-party with loud music, which was quite noticeable from the room. Sadly we couldn't join the party since we had to leave early in the morning, so it was a little bit annoying. Staff let us know this beforehand, and provided us with earbuds.

It was a great location if you like to party. Easy to get to the airport and to tourist attractions. Breakfast is early and without choice but it worked for me. The roof top bar / restaurant was amazing! I would stay here again just for that.

It was loud if you don’t want to party - but great if you do! The hotel manager was excellent and let me move to a quieter room for the night I didn’t feel like going out (though I had two separate bookings so I’m sure this isn’t just something you can request). All in all a great hotel, great location, exactly what I needed.

City center, close to tourist locations, close to a lot of bars and restaurants. Great staff, met several receptionists throughout the week and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable. You shouldn't expect this to be a luxury hotel, but it's definitely worth the money. I would recommend the hotel to young people/travelers. But if you are older and picky, then you may not like the hotel, at least because it is located in the area of bars and clubs, and it can be very loud there at night (very poor soundproofing of the rooms). But personally this did not bother us. Overall, a small and cozy hotel, worth the money, very friendly staff, clean, but can be noisy at night.

We booked two rooms, in one of them upon check-in we noticed black hair on the floor in the bathroom. But this didn't ruin our impression of the hotel. Everything else was clean, the bed was also clean. I didn't notice any other shortcomings.

the property has excellent location. It was old but awesome. Staff were very friendly. They had a lovely cat in lobby and welcomed all guests in very cute way. The staff could speak English very well. We stayed in lobby due to our flight hours and the staff made the atmosphere very comfortable and also the Cat stayed with us and made no problem. We found the excellent Bars and Restaurants with great deals near the Hotel.

Great location. Room was exactly like photo. Staff was very kind and helpful, and avaliable 24/7. They clean your room every time you ask for it which I liked, and this avoids cleaning / changing of towels when not needed. More sustainable this way. Great rooftop bar/cafe with very nice view.

It is noisy, however, this is unavoidable in this location. Staff gives earpluggs that helps, and weekdays was no problem, just the weekends were a bit loud. But we didn’t mind.

This is the perfect location for a pleasant stay in Istanbul. Near the hotel, there are so many small restaurants with good food. It is near the main pedestrian street Istiklal, near the Galata tower, near the Metro station that can get you anywhere in Istanbul in a short time. On the top of the hotel, there is a lounge bar with a beautiful view of the city.

1. Amazing location just a few minutes from the tunel, and metro. 3 minutes and u are already at the main shopping streets with lots of restaurants and bars. 2. Great friendly staff always smiling. 3. The drop off service of 700 to 750 lira is also reasonable taking into account the distance from the airoport to the hotel 4. Lots of free waterbottles given and its so mich needed in September when the weather was hot

1. Not a complain, because it didnt bother me at all but for those light sleepers. There is disco techque below but they only operate from Thursday to Saturday, I think. Loud music goes on till about 1 am and it stopped. The staff is attentive enough to provide ear plugs. Apart from that, we had a peaceful undisturbed sleep.
