The hotel staff was great , thanks for the reception guy who helped us very much, cleaning lady come all the day with clean towels she was so great .. great location especially for people who wanna have fun on taksim clubs and lounge ,so close , especially no-noise room with perfect view… also safe place for women who wanna travel alone and so close to metro station just 2mn walks with perfect coffe bar and restaurant.

Nothing .except breakfast..Good and fresh food all the day but unfortunately there is no choices … but still good to start the day

My friend and I stayed at the hotel in mid-April 2025. The location is excellent – close to the city center and public transportation, which makes it easy to explore Istanbul. It can be a bit noisy in the evenings and at night, as the hotel is in the historical center, where there are many cafés and nightclubs. The price was very affordable, and the breakfast was simple but delicious. The staff were polite and helpful, with special thanks to Mr. Ahmed at the reception. He was extremely professional, responded quickly to any questions, and made our stay very comfortable. His support truly made a difference. Recommended!

Great location near many shops, metro station & easy access to Taksim square & Galata tower. Good wifi. Very friendly & supportive staff. Really liked the room with a view. I appreciated the upgrade. Not far from airport bus stop at Taksim. Hot water kettle with tea & coffee.

Older room amenities such as a/c, remote control. Carpet in room. Bkfst is basic not great variety. Room cleaning is not always thorough, but when we asked, it was provided well.

The location was great - right off the back of the main shopping street, and a few moments away from quite a few good restaurants, bars and nightlife. It is also opposite Soho House, so it is definitely a slightly louder area at night - that being said, you feel like you are in the hustle and bustle of it all, which was what we wanted. It took us 40 minutes to walk to the main monuments on the other side of Galata Bridge, and a taxi cost about £20 - but this was because we were silly and did not order through the Uber app! Galata tower itself is about 25 minutes walk away, and we generally found ourselves walking 10-20 minutes for breakfast / lunch / dinner although there were closer options nearby. The room cleaning was good, the bed was large (very wide) and comfortably - although we booked a room with no window, we actually got one, which was a nice bonus. The room served it's purpose - as a place to put your head at night after a busy day of exploring. We checked in at 2.00am which was comfortable and nice to know this was a possibility for late night flights. Staff were accommodating and pleasant.

The free breakfast we didn't end up using as we felt we would rather pay for a better option outside, especially as the weather was nice and the breakfast room is in the basement. The noise from the streets and the Halloween party at Soho House wasn't ideal but we made do!

There was the best location possible for our 3 days in Istanbul - in the heart of the city center, close to many options for public transportation and also on a walkable distance of every touristic spot. The hotel is clean and well arranged but the elevator is quite small and it is faster and easier to use the stairs. The stuff is super friendly and always ready to help. They provide every kind of support needed with a smile.

It looks like the rooms need a bit of refreshments and fixing here and there but it is overall ok. The breakfast hall/floor is an underground floor and it doesn't have any windows or natural light coming in and what makes it bad is the unnatural white lights that feel so depressing. For breakfast there were some very nice breads and pastry, cheese, boiled eggs and vegetables. Everything was OK but the vegetables could be way more fresh and tasty than we got them there.

I loved the hospitality and also the location! The location was literally perfect and the owner so kind, informative and polite! Would stay there again for sure!

We didnt have any problems at all. I am obsessed with cleanliness and it was perfect. The only thing that I noticed and would like to change it, its to have more light in the room. Maybe the lamb was broken and we forgot to mention it to the owner, so its a small addition.

The location of the hotel is amazing for a 5 days trip in Istanbul. It's in the heart of the city with a metro station 2 minutes from your door, and it's 5 minutes walking from a very lively area of Galata full of restaurants, bars and shops. In addition the staff of the hotel was quite friendly and helpful with everything (also great English speakers, which is something important in Istanbul). Last but not least, the cleaning of the room was great as they cleaned our room thoroughly in a daily basis. Highly recommend value for money place for a short stay in Istanbul.

Everything was great and we didn't have any complains for the room or the hotel in total. Nothing specific to mention. Maybe the breakfast could have some more coffees variety.

It’s a really good place to stay when visiting Istanbul. The staff is cheerful and accommodating of any and all requests you may have. The rooms are clean and well maintained, as advertised. Another plus is the area - there are thriving markets, restaurants, bars and coffee houses open till late. Also, it’s super safe to walk the streets at anytime of the day/ night. Highly recommend.
