The property was in a great location, close to many restaurants, shops, boutique stores, tourist areas, Galata Tower, Taksim Square, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious, with a clean bathroom and kitchen and an excellent and spacious balcony. We loved that this property had a washing machine! Kenan (the property manager) was a great guy to talk to. He checked up on us daily to see whether we needed anything. He also provided thorough instructions on how to get into the property. My wife and I loved every moment at this property. Highly recommend!

This is already the second time I’m staying at Art Pera Suites (3rd floor, the apartment with a balcony). It’s a very spacious and super comfortable apartment. It has everything you might need—coffee and tea, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and fully equipped kitchen facilities. And if anything is missing, you can always contact the property manager, Kenan, who resolves any issue very quickly. It must be said that Kenan is truly the gem of this property—he genuinely makes sure that every guest is well taken care of.

I liked everything, but the apartment overlooks a busy street, so make sure to keep that in mind if peace and quiet are extremely important to you.

We had a great stay at this property! The location is fantastic – it’s right near the Galata Tower, so everything important is within easy reach. Taksim, Karaköy, Sultanahmet, and all the main attractions are easily accessible on foot or with a ride. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Special praise goes to Kenan – he truly made our stay exceptional. He was extremely welcoming, always available, and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. His tips and friendly attitude made us feel right at home. Kenan is a real asset to the property! We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

The street noise and occasionally weak internet connection might be a downside for some, but since we spent most of our time outside exploring the city, it didn’t really bother us.

Everything was to our satisfaction, the apartment was very pretty, great finishes, good beds, looked new, had everything one might need for a few days stay, even complimentary water, coffee and tea. The description and pictures on Booking are accurate. The location is fabulous, 2-3 minutes from metro, funicular to Galata Bridge, Istiklal street, if you are interested in shopping, clubbing or people watching. However, the real asset is the manager, Kenan, who is available for anything you may need and does his best to make sure the guests have a great experience. We have done a bit of travelling and have learned to appreciate a host that makes you feel welcome and taken care of. Overall, we cannot recommend Art Pera enough, we will come back for sure!

You should take under consideration that the appartment is located in a central, lively area and there is some street noise at night and early morning. It was not a big issue to us, we had good night sleep, but it might be an inconvenience to light sleepers.

Room has all amenities perfect for families with small kids. Location is in the heart of Istanbul by walk or metro you can reach anywhere. There are small shops for groceries as well.Internet works perfect. Special thanks to Mr Kenan for his hospitality, it was top notch! He answered all our queries and solve all of our problems and requests. He made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Also Mr. Hayri for his positive attitude and hospitality.

Location is very nice but at nights it can be noisy. Rooms has nice insulation you dont hear much when you are inside. we have a small baby so we had to walk him in terrace to make him sleep because of jet lag etc. and it was little challenging. Otherwise when inside of room both babies were able to sleep.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is a lift, so no hauling of your luggage up the stairs. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious for an apartment in the heart of Istanbul. What we liked most about the apartment was the communication and assistance we got from the host, Kenan

If i was to stay for more than 4 nights I would have liked more cooking utensils, but I am sure if I asked Kenan for additional utensils and cooking equipment he would have arranged. Saying that, the basics are all provided for. As I do a lot of cooking at home I would have liked a few more things that's all.

Traveling once or twice every year in Istanbul, I have stayed in many hotels and apartments. From now on, I will be arranging my trips, only when Art Pera Suites is available. Great location, only 1 minute away from Istiklal street, 50 meters away from Sishane metro station and 5 minutes away from Galata tower. Fully renovated, very modern and SUPER clean. I was impressed by how fully-equipped it was. Everything we needed was included and even more. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, steam iron, smart TV, espresso machine, tea-maker, bathrobes, slippers, free toiletries etc… Last but not least, our host Kenan was extremely kind and helpful and he was there for us every time we needed something. As a Booking.com host myself, I highly recommend it!

I would like to give a transparent review of our recent stay at Art Pera. I’d like to start with a gentleman named Kenan who ensured our stay was faultless. Before even checking in, Kenan made sure myself and the rest of the group were kept up to date with our stay including how to check in & ensured we had an airport transfer arranged to smoothly travel to the accommodation. His communication before, during, and after our stay have been excellent. Any time I have required his assistance, I would simply send a message, and receive a response straight away. Kenan was a very kind, friendly yet professional individual who made our stay at Art Pera fantastic. The customer service myself and the rest of the group received has been impeccable and for that we cannot thank Kenan enough. The other staff members including the cleaner and a gentleman named Hayri were also wonderful. Hayri ensured our luggage was kept safe after checkout and ensured our airport transfer picked up us in a timely manner. I cannot fault the staff at Art Pera. The room itself had exceeded our expectations. Pictures do not do the accommodation justice as it is far better in person. The room was huge with plenty of space to move around and keep our luggage. The room was spotless and we could not see a single fault or spec of dirt therefore was well maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the shower had lovely hot water. Our room was cleaned consistently and we had constant top ups of water bottles and soap etc which was extremely useful. The room also came with a washing machine and products to clean our clothes which was very handy. This is the first time I have travelled abroad and not stayed in a mainstream hotel. I do not regret my decision at all as our stay was fantastic. The location of Art Pera is very convenient - the Galata tower & Taksim square are both only a short walk away.

If I could here I would! This lovely apartment was so comfortable and I. The best location. So close to transport. Easy access from airport by trains and to the coolest eating and walking Places and attractions were so easy to get to. From the moment we arrived til when we sadly left we had nothing but the best service and support! Kenan was our host who checked in so often before our arrival and during our stay. He was awesome and went above and beyond! Communication was brilliant and nothing was too hard! Really genuine! He worked around our schedule for arranging cleaning the apartment. The apartment was lovely. Spacious, modern, and with a wonderful terrace. It was clean and very well appointed! We had everything we needed. After travelling for 2 weeks the washing machine was a gift! Everything in the apartment worked beautifully. It was wonderful to just go downstairs and have breakfast each morning! We cannot recommend this place enough!
