The location is GREAT if you like shopping and the taksim area. It's pretty down from the shopping street so you will be taking the tramway to Fatih and be there in 10min by public transport or 20min if you prefer to walk. Our bathroom which was tiny had a great shower. The bed and cushions were super comfy. I always slept like a baby! The staff is very helpful and very nice. They always offered free water and tea.

The hotel has seen its better days. It needs a big renewal. Being on the 6th floor meant we didn't enjoy the free WiFi because it couldn't reach that high... The cleaning could be better (dirty phone and remote control) No coffee for breakfast, just the powdered instant one... :( Overall it's a great place if you don't plan on staying in the hotelroom when on holidays!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Taxim Diamond Hotel in Istanbul from May 24th to May 30th, 2025. I traveled with my family (4 people), and from the very beginning, everything met or exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect — just steps away from Istiklal Street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the heart of the city. The atmosphere in the hotel is warm, welcoming, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. A special thanks to Rami, the manager — truly an amazing and attentive person who made our stay even more memorable. He and his team provided us with excellent support whenever we needed anything. The breakfasts were delicious and freshly prepared each day — a perfect start to our mornings. The rooms were cozy, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The price was very fair and absolutely matched the quality of service and comfort we received. I highly recommend Taxim Diamond Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thanks again to Rami and the entire team for making our trip unforgettable!

the location of the hotel is very close to Istiklal Street (approximately 50m). The check-in time is 14:00 (2:00 pm) but when my wife and I was arrived at 09:00 am they ask us to enter the room and they also offered us with a delicious buffet breakfast. The hotel location of the hotel is also very close to the taxi pool so it is very easy to go anywhere (24/7) when we are in the rush and the price of the taxi is not much since the location is close to everywhere.

The closet didn't work well but it doesn't matter since I could handle it. I came at late night after sight seeing but the receptionist couldn't speak English well as well as when I checked out the hotel a 11:00 pm (my flight was at 2:30am)0000. However it was not a big problem. The bedroom is small but it doesn't matter for me since I spent most of the time outside of the hotel.

That's a really nice hotel for this price! Yes, room is not so big, but here exists all as you can wish (comfortable bed, mirror, small wardrobe). Also, they have an elevator! You don't need to walk up the stairs. No problem with cleaning. Also breakfast was full: tea, coffee, vegetables, fruits, cheese etc. The location is also great. That's really close with Sishane metro, Galata Tower and Taksim square. But the most great thing in this hotel is people. Guys (Ugur, Abdullah), thank you so much for your time. Here you will find the best service. Administrators will answer for any question, suggest you best places with food and also teach you how to play tabla. You will feel your self like at home. Strongly recommend you to pick this hotel.

The location close to istiklal Sokak ans sishane metro and Tünel and with less people and sound that around Taksim Staff was very friendly Good basic breakfast A good basic hotel with everything needed for a small price

The breakfast is at 9:00... I rather prefer at 7:00 or 8:00 The sound of the reception was climbing into the srarway to the rooms

The hotel is nearby everything metro and bus station, restaurants and coffee shops and also a lot of clothes and gift stores. For the people who are waiting a service of 5 stars hotel, you get what you pay for, the important thing is the location is very close to everythig and so convenient really, hotel has also breakfast included. For the hotel staff they are helpful and smiling. For small budget people really go for this hotel, you won't regret it.

One of the beds was making a terrible noice but luckily I sleep only at night during the day I am out.

We are returning guests. The check-in and check out was handled flexibly. The receptionists were nice,helpful.We could easily understand each other in Englisch. The rooms were spacious and pleasantly decorated,with comfortable beds. Perfect for a family or romantic couples holiday.I would heartily recommend the place,we will be back. Great location of the hotel, room is clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Staff is super helpful. Breakfast was getting better and better every day. There’s a nice sitting area down the hotel to enjoy tea or coffee outside.

There’s a small family of kittens lives near the hotel, they never bothered anyone or maid mess, everyone just looked happy to engage with them, but the owner of the hotel kept kicking them out with his feet which looked very bad and cruel.

Very good & safe location. As a lone female traveller I was pleased as the hotel was near taxim square and the main road was busy 24/24 so I was able to return back to hotel late without using a taxi and I waa feeling perfectly safe The hotel was having everything I needed and the breakfast was very rich and fresh
