Excellent staff very professional, versatile staff could not do enough to help. Amazingly talented and delivering outstanding quality advice. Even going out of there to show us around all the very best resources, restaurants and stores. Making sure we paid less than market prices for goods and services!

House keeping could be better? However, this is resolved quickly once reported. The hotel Has lifts, shuttle services, laundry and everything else you would expect a five star hotels to provide. Or though at 3 *** prices. I can emphasise this is a family run business and they are almost perfect at there trade!

The staff is amazing, friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel location is very nice, and near to the metro. The hotel cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast was good, no much varieties, but it was convenient.

The room and the toilet are too small. There is no closet due to the size of the room.

Good location, russian speaking reception

I thought they'll give us 1 time use toothpaste (like most of the hotels do) but they didn't for some reason, although they did give us shampoo and soap. I just didn't want to carry big toothpaste with myself but I was disappointed a little bit. BUT! Still a great value for the money, so it's awesome.

The reception upgraded our room to a bigger room for our comfort, The bigger room is much nicer and spacious for us to pray and for our luggages (We bring a lot of luggages). There are hot shower (we came in winter time), Heater in the room works just fine. The location is execellent, we went to all the attractions mostly by walking, Blue Mosque, Ayasofia, and Tokapi Palace. All and all will come here again.

The property was great. The reception staff were exceptionally kind - especially the young man called Vepa who was very helpful and extremely kind. He always helped us with any queries/concerns we had and helped us with our luggage and was available 24/7. The other reception staff and the cleaner were always very kind and ensured that all the facilities were clean to a great standard at all times. The staff were extremely professional, kind and helpful!

The hotel is very close to major attractions in the city. It serves amazing breakfast as well! Reception is warm and very accommodating.

There was no TV signal, so I could not use it. But it is not a deal breaker.

The location of the hotel is exceptionnel. It was very close to the blue mosque and aya sophia :)

The staff. We told the receptionnist to book a taxi for us at 5 am as our flight was at 8 am. The taxi was late and we asked the receptionnist why the taxi wasn't there yet, he told us to get our money and get off at 5 am .... that was very rude of them....

All the staffs r really great specially the lady who was in the desk & Abdullah. Their friendly attitude was really welcoming

Clean , friendly people, good breakfast, the location is walking distance to all the main attractions.

The lift was a bit too small, barely fitting 4 people inside.
