location was great and the breakfast had many local options! We had a small issue with our room, when we brought it up to the reception they resolved the matter within minutes and gave us an upgrade. The staff was nice and helpful and told us they would take the room out of business to repair but also renovate the room. The staff took nice pictures of us on our rooftop, and they helped us plan trips and transportation over the city. Highly recommend to stay here as it is comfortable, an amazing location, and the staff are lovely and helpful.

All the staff were very kind. In particular, I was impressed by the kindness of Mr. Bilal and Mr. Onur, who helped me. The smile of the woman at the breakfast venue was also lovely. Breakfast is served on the top floor terrace when it is sunny, and on the ground floor when it rains. We both enjoyed the atmosphere, but I prefer eating on the ground floor. This is because in summer, the outdoor temperature is high, and eating on the ground floor allows me to enjoy yogurt, cheese, and fruits while they are still cold. Additionally, the indoor is non-smoking area, so those who dislike smoke can eat comfortably. The view from the rooftop terrace is truly fantastic, and if smoking were prohibited there, it would have been even better for me. At night, you can see the illuminated mosque from the terrace, and the location is really great. There was a problem with the shower in the room we stayed in at first, but the staff immediately thought of the best solution, and we were able to use the bathroom in another room. The shower in that room will be repaired, and the staff will respond immediately if there are any problems, so if you are thinking of staying here, please don't worry. If you come to Istanbul, I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Istanbul’s historic district, just a short walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. It’s ideal for sightseeing! The hotel itself is charming, with a unique combination of modern comfort and historical character. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and decorated with elegant touches. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great sleep every night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations and any requests. The breakfast was also a highlight—delicious and with a great variety of choices, including traditional Turkish options. Overall, I highly recommend Eresin Hotel Sultanahmet to anyone visiting Istanbul. It’s a fantastic blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing, everything perfect.

The breakfast was good and regularly refreshed, fresh coffee made to order, the dining room was bright and clean with a bonus of a Roman mosaic that was discovered on the site that can be viewed through a glass panel.

Some of the areas could be updated as the rooms and common areas are beginning to look dated but the current areas are good and clean.

It was nice to visit you guys again! It was a bit unlucky have rainy weather during my stay since I really would like to benefit the rooftop. However, Thank you for the hospitality :)

I think the bedroom could be updated

A really nice hotel with a look and feel of class. The location was superb and the staff were as nice and friendly as you could imagine. The sun terrace was not in use but later in the year this would be amazing, the view was spectacular.

Because of the time of year the hotel heating was on, which meant the air-con was not operational. The rooms were very warm and whilst opening the window helped, external noise did not make for the best nights sleep. In fairness the hotel staff did offer alternatives but we chose to stay as we were (which indicates it wasn’t that bad).

The staff were excellent - exceptionally helpful, friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs. The restaurants and sights they recommended were perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the buffet had a great selection of items to choose from. The view from the rooftop was incredible. The hotel is in an excellent location for seeing all the sights.
