The bed was amazing... I want it for my home. The breakfast was also incredible - it's delish city. The staff were also amazingly kind and welcoming. They were attentive to our needs and offered us assistance whenever we needed it. They even let us check in early, which was a godsend after an international flight. The location is also perfect for doing all the touristy stuff- close to public transport and the Haggia Sophia, the Blue Mosque/Hippodrome and Cistern. I am recovering from knee surgery, and I could get everywhere easily. I will definitely stay here again if we come back to Istanbul!

From the whole trip to Istanbul, our hotel was by far the best choice. Just 5 minutes away from Hagia Sophia, Top Kapi, and Blue Mosque. Very safe, very clean, nice decoration, warm room, very good breakfast till 10:30 and on top of all these? the people here are some of the nicest and kindest people we met. They were truly helpful with everything we asked for. We recommend it to everyone, and we will definitely come again when we visit Istanbul!! Thank you!!!

The staff and the location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Tha location is great; all main monuments are not more than five to ten minutes walking distance.

The best hotel staff I've ever met, all staff members starting from reception to the staff serving breakfast went beyond all expectations, lovely people, lovely attitude, I think that's how they show their hospitality, amazing. The room was very comfy, very very clean, the breakfast was just perfect, the location is unbeatable, just in the heart of historical center of Istanbul. Absolutely nothing to mention

The most wunderful staff imaginable. Savas and Emir and their crew are the most thoughtful, attentive, kind and well mannered staff I encountered - and I travel much. When I had to get up early, before breakfast time, they improvised a breakfast, When I could not leave my room, they arranged a meal from one of the nearby restaurants to be delivered to my room. The staff is young, well-educated, they obviously LOVE their city (and Istanbul indeed is beautiful) and no service asked is to big or to small to them. Above all: one instantly feels at home int Saratoga, almost among friends. The fact that the beautiful SultanAhmet mosque is only 150 meters away (one sees the six minarets from the room), the Hagia Sophia 400 meters, and the Hippodrome just around the corner (less than a minute walking) of course is also a great plus. Highly recommended. I will certainly return.

Everything was perfect - except the November weather.

We are backpackers with experience in over 25 countries, so we know how to recognize a good hotel when we find one. Saratoga Hotel, in the heart of Istanbul, was an excellent choice in every aspect when compared to Turkish accommodation standards. The staff is incredibly friendly—far beyond our expectations and compared to similar accommodations we’ve encountered around the world. Their kindness and availability helped us save money and optimize our travels in a way that wouldn’t have been possible by relying solely on online information. They even recommended great local restaurants where we enjoyed amazing food at a budget-friendly price compared to Istanbul’s average. The hotel’s location is strategic for visiting all the mosques, just a 2-minute walk from the central square, and well-connected to the metro system and the city’s main attractions. Rooms are modern and spotless, with a well-maintained bathroom, daily towel changes, and efficient housekeeping. The breakfast is abundant, healthy, and well-balanced—far exceeding our expectations. Istanbul has seen an incredible price increase in the past two years, and finding the right hotel can make a huge difference in avoiding unnecessary expenses. The entire central area is now much more expensive than one would expect, especially compared to past years. Choosing a well-priced hotel with great service, like Saratoga Hotel, allows you to find the right balance without overspending. We traveled with a group of friends who stayed in a different hotel for a similar price but had a terrible experience. Meanwhile, we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Highly recommended!

Very good experience, nothing more to say

I spent 9 nights at this hotel and had a fantastic experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was excellent each morning, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. While the room was a bit on the smaller side, it was modern, clean, and very comfortable. Given the location, the room size is typical for the area, so it wasn't an issue at all. The working elevators were a definite plus and made moving around the hotel easy and convenient. A special shoutout to the manager Hassan, who was very professional and attentive, as well as to Omid and the kitchen chefs who went above and beyond every day. Their warmth and service really stood out and added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed our stay there. The staff was 1000/10. They were very helpful, very nice people. They offered to help us with anything we needed. They booked a cruise on Bosphorous for us, they booked a hamam turkish bath and massage and made arrangements for transpiration as well. We appreciate a lot the fact that we were able to feel so carefree and relaxed thanks to them. In Istanbul there are many options to choose from and their recommendations were great. They helped us with our luggage, they helped us with parking for our car (they have reserved parkig spots right in front of the hotel door, so the receptionists keep their eyes on the fars 24/7, it made us feel safe). The location is great, just minutes away from Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque (Sultanahmet), it's also very close to Grand Bazar, there are nice restaurants nearby. One morning we were kind of late for breakfast but they still served us, they brought back the food and even offered to make coffee for us. In the morning they offered to bring us watermelon to enjoy it in the room. It's awesome they offer cleaning services for clothes and it's very cheap. Rooms are cleaned daily, you get new towels and new sheets, toothpaste and toothbrush, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. We appreciated that they have a safe box. The AC was great, it was really got in Istanbul while we were there. They have a ceiling fan that we used at night while sleeping when we didn't want to start the AC. The bed was comfortable. The door is very soundproof, you can't hear anything from the hallway. They have blackout curtains for maximum darkness. What was really nice was that breakfast was served in the covered garden, it had a nice vibe. We got to try a few traditional foods for breakfast.

Even if someone could find faults for the hotel or could have any problem, I'm sure the staff would solve it in no time.
