We enjoyed everything! There are many options to choose from for breakfast and every day there were different dishes, the food was very good. The staff are all very friendly, helped us to get to all the places of interest, organised transfer to airport. The room is clean and cosy, air conditioning works well, it's not hot. The location is excellent: close to all attractions, tram station and bus station, from the hotel you can quickly get anywhere not using taxi. If we come back to Istanbul, we will definitely stay here again

The neighbourhood is noisy, you can't sleep with the windows open, but with the air conditioning on it's fine. Other than that, no downsides

Very good location, close to all the attractions yet on a quieter street. No need to use a bus, taxi, or tram to visit Istanbul's sights. Super comfortable bed. I'm not very demanding, and this suited me perfectly.

I would have preferred if omelets or fried eggs were offered earlier during breakfast, before I had already finished the food I had taken. It always seemed to happen that I was either just finishing or already eating when they came to offer omelets. The breakfast could be more varied. When the toilet paper ran out in our room, I requested more and asked to replace the towels with holes. Unfortunately, no toilet paper was brought, and the towels were simply folded and left in the bathroom. Several towels had holes in them. Instead, additional toiletries were provided, which I hadn’t asked for

Me and my boyfriend spend our autumn vacation in Istanbul and chose this hotel, and it was lovely! The breakfast had a variety of things and had slight changes every day, so you wouldn't get tired of it. The room was clean and everything seems to be newly renovated. The decorations of the hotel are also very aesthetically pleasing, and the rooms had a lot of storage space for all our clothes etc. The area the hotel was in was - for us - perfect! Merely 5min away from the blue mosque, another 5 to metro and the Hagia Sofia. It feels like you're living in the middle of everything! We were able to visit almost all things by foot, but again, metro was close and cheap too. However, the best part was the service provided by the employees - The 24h reception was very helpful, adding a sense of safety as well as always having the option to get recommendations. Whenever we had any problems they would help us solve them. Before we even got there they got in touch with us about any preferences or wishes we have, aswell as organising the airport-hotel transfer for us. A highlight was the fact that they reduced the price for the transfer after they realised that the way back it's another airport - showing how loyal they are to pleasing the customers, since we would not have known any difference in price. Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect for tourists, especially if it’s your first time in Istanbul—just a short walk from Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet, and many other attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the atmosphere is really welcoming. Also, the breakfast was fantastic—lots of options, fresh, and really healthy. Definitely a great choice for anyone visiting the city!

The hotel is located in the very historical center of Istanbul. A ten minute walk gets you to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Cisterna Basilica, etc. There are a lot of small and nice restaurants in the neighborhood, and as for the shopping, the Grand Bazaar of Istanbul is also not far away. While booking, we were suspicious, how such a rating (9.0 at the time) goes together with such a modest pricing, and were anxious for some hidden catch--but the first five minutes put us at ease. Hotel itself is by no means "posh," but it is exceptionally comfortable, cosy and home-like. The receptionists and the housekeepers are always amiable and helpful. Also, it helped a lot, that their Russian (my native) and English (which my friend speaks) are very good. It so happened, that me and my friend had A LOT of special requests, and all of them were kindly and adequately answered by the staff. Also, the hotel is home to a most elegant and polite cat in all Istanbul :)

The hotel is very comfy, near Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, 10 minutes away. The staff is very friendly and usefull with and Information you need and we received a map of Istanbul. The room was clean, every day the towels were changed and the room was cleaned. We felt like home and we would like to come back some day. Istanbul is a great city.

From helpful recommendations for local sights to ensuring I had everything I required during my stay, their service was top-notch. It really made my experience feel extra special. It is centrally located so you can walk to everywhere but same time its also in a very touristic area so its hard not not to be nagged by all the shop owners around which is a bit tiring. Hotel is not hard to find and is always open which is good. Air conditioning works ok. Considering the price its an ok choice but dont expect a Hilton;) Good breakfast. Easy to communicate with owners. Good beds.

Some of the bathroom tiles in our room were done in very unprofessional way. Potentially could do that better myself.The excess filing was not removed. Rooms are not huge but fine.
