The location was amazing. The 5th floor view through window was absolutely amazing! It has all the amenities you would need : shower, comfy bed, TV, fast 5G internet, AC which works perfectly. The staff is helpful and eager to solve problems or give suggestion (i.e. where to eat, how to travel, what to see etc.)

The negative thing is there is no elevator to 5th floor as it is super "narrow" hotel. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but for someone might be. Also breakfast hall was super hot and didn't have any air in it, the room is almost claustrophobic, so all we had left to do was just to take our breakfast (which was I can say really modest, nothing fancy: cheese, bread, some olives, some french fries, some bread) to the street and eat it on the pavement which made the breakfast 10x more enjoyable because you have air to breathe, can feel the city awakening and see the sun ☀️ ( whereas breakfast room haven't got any windows).

The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from the Blue Mosque and easily accessible by public transport. The receptionist was amazing—very kind, helpful, and available both during the day and even later at night, which I appreciated. The room was a great size and well-equipped with a sofa, ottoman, and cupboard. Everything was clean and tidy, which made for a comfortable stay. Free water and tea at all times during my stay.

A couple of things to keep in mind: there's no elevator, so it might not be ideal for guests with mobility issues. Also, breakfast was quite basic, but the cook is happy to prepare fried eggs on request.

very good small hotel in the center of the old city, all the sights, the sea, the bazaar, are within walking distance in five minutes, very good and pleasant staff, they help with organizing tours, excursions, transfers, they are happy to help solve any questions, good breakfasts, the rooms are clean and everything works

The hotel was very clean, breakfast was good and the staff was nice

The entrance of the hotel is not the one mentioned on the website so I was waiting for more than 15 minutes for someone to open me the door at night and I got informed later that the entrance was in another building, but I didn't receive any message with that info. Please, staff check properly if you have the automatic message for your clients so they are aware of where to go

Greatest of locations in Istanbul. Big comfortable room to stay (one adult with two kids 8 and 11) but room also sufficient for a family of four. Breakfast tasty and more than sufficient ... kids loved it. Overall we had our best stay in Istanbul so far! We got it on an offer and in addition with genius breakfast included so it was by far the greatest value for money you can ever get!

The whole neighborhood naturally has an issue with parking but there is a budget parking lot just 100 meters away. If you arrive at night just park anywhere and find the best solution early next morning

AC in room was counterintuitive (colder settings didn't work), couldn't figure out the TV (in case it had English channels), mold on bathroom ceiling. Altogether an old style hotel that could be updated.

The staff were very friendly and kind! They answered all of our question regarding where to park, how to get HGS, etc. Also, they offered early accommodation. The neighbourhood is quite and you can sleep with open doors. The room was spacious and the bath too. The WiFi was extra. The beds were very good.

We were on the 4th floor and the smell form the kitche in the morning was very sensitive.

We were delighted to choose this hotel. The location is perfect as we could get most of the tourist attractions on foot. Secondly, breakfast was included in the price. It was okay. We would like to thank to the ladies who are working there. They were really kind to us. We asked for extra hot water, they provided us with it. The personnel was kind and welcoming.

There are some things that could be improved, for example, the bathroom could be cleaner. And the shelves were a little dusty. Generally, we are satisfied.

First of all, I liked the staff, they are very responsible and always ready to help and resolve any issue. The responsive people who work in this hotel helped make the stay in it good

Staff is the best, location is great, central yet calm and safe. The room is comfy and clean.

No kettle in the rooms, but they provide hot water and tea 24 hours so its acceptable.
