We stayed at Acacia Mansion Hotel for 8 nights. This very small cute colorful hotel is a hidden gem in a perfect location, walking distance to many touristic attractions, cafes, restaurants, small grocery shops, and the tram stop. Our room was very clean and good size; but what really made our stay amazing is the help and service provided by all the lovely team working there, especially the exceptional Hilal and Omar. They were extremely kind and responsive to our requests, helped us with all what we needed, as well in planning most of our daily trips with a smile and a lot of kindness. They made us feel very welcome and we were well taken care of. We will sure stay in this hotel when we will come back to Istanbul, as far as this beautiful team will be still working there.

We had and absolutely wonderful stay at the Acacia Mansion Hotel! It’s fantastic value for money, with nice rooms that were very clean. The staff in particular were incredibly helpful and attentive, they had some great suggestions for exploring the city and went above and beyond to help us solve any issues we encountered. A big thank you to Őmer, Hilal, and Abdurrahman for looking after us and making us feel so comfortable in your city! The accommodation is also right in the middle of Sultanahmet, with lots of restaurants close by and a short walk to a lot of historical sites. We will definitely recommend Acacia Mansion to any of our friends who come to visit Istanbul.

-- Room provided was not the triple we had requested but was an inferior cramped looking room, without the ornate wooden ceiling and chandelier. When brought to attention of front desk they made the switch but the bed was smaller than the pic and did not have another bed -- definitely wasn't a triple. ---room furniture appeared worn, low quality, the sheets were of poor quality, mattress pad was flimsy and held on by corner straps that popped off every night. -- bathroom was very small and shower stall so tiny we had a hard time soaping up -- room had veranda but was run down looking and chairs did not appear safe to sit on

A lovely little boutique hotel about 8 minute walk from Sultan Ahmet Mosque. The location is fairly central which is a big plus when you're exploring Istanbul without your own car. The facilities at the hotel were exactly as described and expected, everything was to our satisfaction. I can't pick out any flaws if I tried. The complimentary breakfast buffet was also great as there were a variety of foods to choose from and upon request the staff were more than happy to prepare an omelette, scrambled eggs or menemen. Above all else, what made staying at Acacia even more enjoyable was how friendly, accommodating and supportive the staff were. Especially the morning and afternoon receptionists Hilal and Ömer. Both were extremely helpful and would answer any questions we had as well as aim to fulfil our requests as much as they were able. I would definitely recommend a stay here when visiting the Fatih side of İstanbul.

The only downside is accessing this hotel from either Istanbul or Sabiha Gökçen Airport, as you will have to make a transfer from the shuttle bus or high speed train to the local tram network to comfortably arrive on site. Alternatively they hotel does offer shuttle services directly to and from either Airport at a cost, which addresses this minor obstacle.

One of our friend recommended this accommodation and it was the perfect choice. The location was perfect, close to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque etc. Metro and tram stations were also close. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was also really good. We could choose from a variety of food. The reception guys were especially helpful and kind. When we arrived Halil told us everything we needed to know about the city and the sights and also Omer and his colleague were always read to ask all the questions we had. So I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone!!

Choice and quality of breakfast products, lack of yogurt, bad bread. But you could always order eggs in any form.

I loved the staff. Very polite, approachable, friendly, curious, always willing to help in particular Omer and Sezgin at the reception desk. Communication is very important and to top it off, they both spoke English. Such a plus point.. They helped us in arranging our tours, arranged for our shuttle to and from the airport which we paid for. Totally hassle free. What else can one expect. Our luggage was carried up to our rooms. Omer and Sezgin always checked on us to see if everything was ok. I have friends who are planning to visit Istanbul, I will highly recommend Acacia Mansion Hotel .

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at Acacia mansion hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, specifically Mr. Omer. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The hotel’s location is ideal – close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended for leisure travelers!

The shuttle’s A/C wasn’t in working condition that picked us up from the airport. Other than that, Great experience!

The staff were amazing and were very quick to adapt to any of our needs. They also gave us a free upgrade and let us eat breakfast on the day of check in which was not included in the price or obligatory on their behalf.

This would've been a perfect review except for the fact that the hotel advocates for "Elite boat cruises" which we made the mistake of booking. This company served us horrible food - some of it even being mouldy and even still tried to ask for tips in the end. Unfortunately the hotel told us it was a great cruise which they themselves have attended and recommend although I can't believe this is true. The hotel was perfect but due to our experiences, after being encouraged to go on the boat cruise by acacia mansion, this has negatively impacted our view of the hotel.

General speaking, our stay in this hotel was really good, the staff were great. Special mention to Özgür and Omar who always were there to give a great service, recommendations and open to any request we needed. It is extremely well located, near many tourist sights, very walkable and easy to take public transportation from there.

What we didn't like much is that it was a little bit noisy. Fortunately, they were so kind to moved us form our original room which was next to the street for a quieter one, but still at some point late night or early in the morning you could hear dragged tables and chairs from the restaurant located downstairs. If you are no too sensitive to noise, then it will be a perfect hotel to stay.
