We had an incredible stay at this hotel again. It was our second stay there, and it seems I'll never book another hotel in Istanbul, only Bram! The owners are truly awesome, making us feel welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, offering easy access to all the local attractions. Every morning, we looked forward to the delicious and beautifully presented breakfasts. The highlight of our stay was definitely the roof terrace, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets with a stunning view. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and delightful experience!

This is a family run hotel that pays particular attention to the wellbeing of its guests. The beds are super comfortable, the surroundings peaceful, the breakfast delicious and healthy. Ali & Tarkan are always nearby to greet you, have a chat and offer help in enjoying the local culture. The location is close to the Hippodrome but away from the busy tourist area. It’s definitely the hotel I will choose again on my return to Istanbul!!

Lovely new hotel – I highly recommend it! It was a pleasant surprise in the Sultanahmet area, where it’s hard to find a good hotel at this price. I loved everything about this place. The room is spacious, the soundproofing on the windows is excellent, everything is clean, and the breakfast is delicious. The beds are so comfortable – just what you need after a day of walking around this amazing city. They have a café on the ground floor where you can enjoy a great coffee and something sweet, perfect for a relaxing break from the city's hustle and bustle. There's also an incredible rooftop terrace with views of the city and the sea. The location is ideal for tourists: close to the Hippodrome and the Blue Mosque, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Truly a perfect spot! The owners are wonderful – incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable. They’re always ready to answer your questions and make you feel welcome. Hello everyone, my son and I were guests at the BramHotel for 7 days. A very beautiful, well-kept and centrally located hotel with a breathtaking view from the terrace. With all due respect to what the hoteliers Ali and Tarkan have built up here. Ali and Tarkan are very friendly, helpful hotel owners who always strive to ensure the well-being of their guests. All advice and tips about Istanbul can be accepted with confidence, they are very helpful. From the first day we felt very comfortable at the BramHotel. The cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast, the eye for the little things... it almost doesn't get any better than the BramHotel. We wish there's a hotel like this in every city we visit. The hosts Ali and Tarkan went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, not only in the hotel, but also booking tours, tickets, taxis, offering directions - even walking us to an inexpensive authentic restaurant nearby...etc. etc. The hotel is very conveniently located for walking to many attractions. It is pretty new, very clean, well equipped, quiet, everything works well, and offers very good value. There is a very nice rooftop terrace with a good view (see picture). The breakfast is huge, delicious and nutritious, available until 11 a.m. This hotel is a gem that can be rated 11 out of 10! If ever we go back to Istanbul, BRAM would be one of the top reasons.

My selected room was of very good size with comfortable bed. Room was neat and clean and so was the washroom. There was a terrace with a nice view where you could sit and enjoy. Breakfast was included which was also good. Overall a very nice stay. My room was also cleaned daily without asking. Hotel also has elevator so there is no issue of taking luggage on the upper floors.

There was no service on the terrace, the breakfast was in the cafe on ground floor. Could have been more better if you could enjoy it on the terrace.

Before booking this one I took a few hours to read the reviews of similar hotels in the area. I have chosen the Bram Hotel for 2 reasons: silence and good internet. And I was happy about both of them. Even though the upload speed was a little slow I uploaded a 30 min video on my YouTube channel and had video calls without any problems. I am writing this for those, who are interested exactly in this info. Everything else that people say here is also true: rooms are clean, breakfasts are good, beds are comfortable, and black-out curtains help you to sleep whenever you want. And Ali and Tarkan are accommodating with everything you could need. The view from the terrace is stunning I shot some videos there during the sunset!

This was our first trip as a family and we really felt likt home at the Bram Hotel. The owners are so passionate about this little gem of a hotel and it shows in everything they do. My dad, who is an older guy who usually finds a flaw in everything was super impressed by the owners and their miticulous care they took in attending to their guests. They arranged our transfers to and from the airport, although I was very late in requesting one. They asked every morning how we slept and if we needed some tips on what to visit in Istanbul and they seemed genuinely interested in our well being. The terrace was a hit, we would order most of our meals from a nearby restaurant and enjoy the view from the terrace. The room was of a decent size for our family of 4 adults. The amenities were great and the foot was made with love and it shows. All in all, we loved it and we will be coming back.

The location is extremely convenient to visit the city walking and by public service. It is quiet at nice. Simple but comfortable rooms, very clean and with good airco. Specially to mention the excellent treatment of the two owners, Ali and Tarkan. I felt like at home at your place. It was very nice to come back every day and have a nice cup of Turkish tea and a good chat. Ali would give you not only tips to visit the city but also extremely useful advise and information. And as difference from other hotels, he will do it for you, not to try to sell you any service. Good breakfast with extremely fresh and good quality products. Being a frequent business traveller (over 100 nights out per year) this is the hotel where I really felt at home when I return from the city. Thanks to both of you for the care you took of me. You saved my short vacation. This hotel is really unique, a real jewel. Thanks Ali and Tarkan. I will try to go back again.

Everything was excellent. Nothing that I did not like and nothing that I did not enjoy. I would consider installing a "rain shower" type of head on the shower in the room I´ve got to be in line with the rest of the bathroom. Ali, go ahead with your plan for the terrace, it is really an excellent plan. Consider adding one croissant or some other sweet to the breakfast. Some clients (not my case) would really miss that as some clients might find Turkish breakfast a bit "heavy".

Had an exceptional stay at Bram! The room was very comfortable and clean with blackout curtains, slippers, bottled water and truly smoke-free. The location is great including the sunset view from the roof. The call to prayer was only faintly audible in the room and never woke me up. The breakfast was plentiful with the eggs varied each day. And the owners were welcoming and helpful. It was the ideal choice. Highly recommend!
