The location was great for exploring the places we wanted to see. The hotel felt safe with having a key pad at the main entrance. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The "room with seaview" was as per photo on booking.com. it was nice being able to open the windows. Sometimes we were able to see across to the other shores.

All together we had a very pleasant stay. Thanks to the three hotel staff present in May 2023! One thing, which was not bothering for us: the last flight of metal stairs to our floor and the breakfast room on the same floor seemed a bit challenging for some guests and would not have been an option for some of my own family members if they had traveled with us. It would be helpful to be mentioned in the hotel description. As many small hotels I have stayed in overseas, if you are worried about a fire breaking out - book in at a bigger hotel and ask for evacuation plans Before you book! Don't expect EXIT signs or smoke alarms in small places. At least I did not see any - and as member of our local volunteer fire brigade, that always plays on my mind.

Very close to the major attractions - Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, grand bazaar, spice bazaar, etc. A 20mn walk to all the places, since some of it is uphill, it may take longer depending on the individual. The proximity to the Tram station was also an advantage to get to Taksim Square or Galatta Tower. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly - Armaan was very accommodating and helpful. He gave us tips for Bosphorous Cruise, restaurants and getting around the city. The breakfast was also amazing!

The Wifi was a bit slow at times, but we used Rent n connect so, it wasn't a big problem.

Great location, you can visit the mosques just by foot. The staff was very kind. The breakfast is included which is good.

Pretty old and our room was very noisy (just behind the reception).

Bed was so comfortable, location was great !:) Breakfast was also very tasty . We get an appartment instead of room and earlier than check in time ,that was so important for me after travel whole night without sleep.

Unfortunately we arrived at 7 in the morning, check in is from 14:00. Before I asked if I can leave baggage at the reception and I send message that we will be there early . When taxi brought us from airport to hotel -doors were closed , ring didnt work , we were standing under the hotel 15minutes angry didnt know what to do. Finally one woman saw us from window and asked somebody to open for us.

The location is great, many mustsees within walking distance. The breakfast is good and the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was nice.

Unfortunately we couldn't open our room window (something was broken) just tilt it.

Travelled to Istanbul in early January during the cold low season. This small hotel is a lovely and confortable place just a few minutes away from the Haiga Sofia and the Blue Mosque. All the other important museums and bazaars in the historic center of the city are also a few steps away.

No complaints.

Excellent location, within walking distance of all major attractions Property was very easy to get to Even a private parking lot, although small, was located very close by Be mindful as the parking lot does not belong to the hotel and you have to negotiate the rate per day with the owner, but it pays off as there are absolutely no parking spots in the immediate area

Excellent location, in the old city, near the blue mosque, with the lowest price I could find in booking.com on that area. The rooms and clean, the consierge was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was probably the best one we had in Turkey.

They had run out of clean towels, so we had to use one towel for the xamily.

Excellent location. Everything is near. Nice hotel staff. Room cleaning is every day. Small and warm room.

Wi fi is not available at all hotel only at terrace. It would be fine to add a few more routers. It will be excellent if you add some drinking water in a room. It would be fine if you add a bit more ingredients at breakfast . Only one soket in the room
