It is located next to a Mosque so will listen to the prayers at least once a day early in the morning but you will get used to it. The room is comfy and dark during the night so you sleep pleasently. The location is really good. Around the corner walking 10 minutes you will have Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and all the well known attractions. Also restaurants and public transport. Yousif is in charge of the hotel. He's always available to help, answer your questions, give you recomendations and the best prices. This hotel is made by its people/staff. We recommend to take the experiences from the hotel, bosphorus (day tour) and turkish bath.

The room was clean, the bathroom as well but it could be better in the bathroom.

Location is amazing. Close to everything. Host was superb, introduced us with everything and was very polite.

Could be a little bit cleaner, and soundproof was very poor.

I travelled between alot of countries around the world and this hotel is the best stay for me between all the hotels which I reserved before. The staff is more than kind and cooperative, the place is very safe and nice and you will feel that when you stay there. I will back again for sure.

The location is fantastic! And the bed was very comfortable.

The shower didn’t have curtain, so after every use the whole bathroom became a wet mess (because there is no other drain outside the shower). The shower hose needs to be changed as water was coming out from multiple holes… Also, when we arrived (at 2:00 pm) the building reception was a bit messy, with garbage exposed and bed sheets over sofas. To be the check-in time, this just gave us a first bad impression of the premises. Everything else was ok.

Regarding the hotel's location, it's excellent, just a 10/15 minute walk from the main attractions on this side of the city. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants nearby, yet the hotel itself is very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are quite decent and completely clean. What impressed us the most were the wonderful guys at the reception who were ready to help us at any moment and accommodate our needs. The taxi they arranged to/from the airport was incredibly luxurious and lovely. Truly unprecedented hospitality! One thing that many write as a negative review is that the pillowcases and towels are dirty, however, I can confirm that this is NOT true at all! It's true that they are a bit older, but they all smelled of fabric softener, and the towels were changed daily! Honestly, both my boyfriend and I are full of nothing but praise for the hotel and staff.

Great staff who sorted out a baby bed quickly when we arrived. We slept superb and the room was nice and spacious for a family of 3 (2 + baby). Plus, such a great location!

Through the hotel we ordered a taxi to the airport for the next day and the price agreed upon was 1,200 Turkish Lira. Upon paying the taxidriver there was a bank fee of approximately 120 lira. It would be best if this is said to tourists in advance. This experience does not change how we thought of our stay though. Our stay at the hotel stay was great

It was totally refurbished, the room was very clean and they were cleaning it every day. The staff barely speaks English, but they were very nice, the location is in the middle of the historic center which has advantages and disadvantages, but overall everything was in eaking distance so it was nice.

I have two comments. The hotel is right next to a mosque, so we have woken up around 4.30 AM every day to the first prayer, I think this could be a problem with every hotel in the historic center but consider this before booking if you are not coming from an islamic country. The second thing that the hotel recomended us an airport transfer from Istanbul (IST) airport for 40€ and even though I have reserved it in advance the company of the taxi service was in massive caos at the airport and we have waited 1 hour (!!!) to the taxi, it was very disappointing as we could easily find a taxi at the airport for 15€, I dont recommend to choose their airport tranfer

Beds are amazingly comfy. Location is perfect. We had just 10-15min walk to important sightseeings. The staffs are so friendly and willing to help with anything, took time to explain the city and where to go or recommended places. Yousif went out to exchange money for us at night and also helped us talked with pur taxi driver when we had language barrier issues. Communication via Whatsapp made everything so easy and fast. Such a great hospitality, thank you so much, Yousif!

The room was tidy but a bit dusty but a staff came to clean the room everyday.

I back regularly to this hotel as location is perfect for me, staff very friendly and helpful, view on seaside and relax on balcony is really good. Top room with balcony is quite big, AC and TV working well. Is next to little Hagia Sophia so of course you can hear Ezan early morning but that’s part being in Istanbul- no problem at all for me.

The room is clean and spacious. The AC is really cold. Additionally, the reception Yousif is very accommodating and helpful. He goes out his way to help me like showing thru the map the tourist attractions in the area, turn on the AC before my check in time, and hail me a taxi after my check out.

none to mention. all was good during my 2 nights stay in Han Suite Hotel. Its a little bit like a maze to get there at first from Sultanahmet station, but you will get there eventually.
