The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind and always ready to help. The breakfast is good, the rooftop restaurant with a view is also nice. Location is pretty good, near Sultan Ahmed Mosque, Aya Sophia, Topkapi palace, Basilica cistern and 5 min. far from the T1 station. I would stay at the hotel again.

Parking and SPA are not included in the price and guests need to pay extra to use them. We visited the place with a toddler (2-year-old) and in my opinion it is not suitable for kids younger then 4-5-year-old.

In the heart of the old city of Istanbul, the view and the sunset is what impressed us the most. The receptionist Abdul did everything we needed, so that our stay at the hotel was complete and he impressed us with his kindness, experience in his work, relationship with guests, needs that were of great importance. The chef kitchen and the rest of the staff are also to be commended, each in their own way tried their best to make our stay in the hotel pleasant and comfortable. Abdul deserves a rating of 10/10. It has great position in the city, you can go by foot to much city sights. Staff was ready to help and we had good comunication.

First we got room in the basement, which was very bad. It should be clear indication that there are rooms in basement and guest can choose if they want to go to basement rooms or not. This does not depend on the size of the room. It was very bad because there are very naturale little lights. Food choice was very small, not many different types to choose.

A hotel located in a quiet area, close to some of Istanbul's most important tourist attractions. There is paid parking nearby - €10/day. The hotel is renovated and modern, with clean rooms and comfortable beds; towels are changed daily. Breakfast is included and served on the rooftop terrace with views of the Sea of Marmara. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with any information. We will recommend this hotel to our friends. Special thanks to Abdul for his help and kindness.

The location is great, really near all the main attractions. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable, also the breakfast is good and the view from the roof top is amazing.

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that it was really noisy in the room, meaning that you could hear everyone passing, walking or talking on the hallway, in the room above or next to you and it made it a little difficult to rest during the night.

No fridge in the room, the internet connection wasn't stable sometimes, the lamp in the bathroom was blinking all the time. No heating so it may be a little cold

Excellent location of the hotel, all major attractions within walking distance. Lovely staff, very helpful and always smiling hotel manager Abdul. Clean, pleasant, comfortable, terrace with a beautiful view. Rooms look exactly as in the pictures.

The staff are super friendly. The rooms are nice and clean and the location is just a short walk to the blue mosque.

No laundry facilities. “Luggage storage” is just leaving your luggage in the hotel foyer until you come back. The hallways were quite noisy at night.

breakfast was very discomfort for me there was not enough tables and chairs and we had to wait for a while, also, but overall ,in this budget its was good experience ,staff is very lovely and polite people <3
