The hotel is in a great location, they offer coffee and tea which is very nice, the hotel grounds are also beautiful.

There were four of us and only two quilts which was a bit of a bummer.

Everything was perfect! You are located in the city center where is traffic and a lot of tourists but when you enter the hotel, it’s so calm, spacious with little fountain where you can sit and relax whenever you want! The room is beautiful, bathroom too! Boys from the reception are so polite and friendly, ready to do anything for their guests to feel comfortable! We had great time there and hope that we’ll come back soon!!!

For the price that we paid, the place was exceptional! Just a little thing… room was not cleaned so well so we had the dust on our socks and shoes that we transferred to the bathroom. For me, that was not something big to worry about but for my friend it was. Please try to work on that, it’s not a big deal…

Our whole stay was amazing! The rooms are so comfortable, clean and beautiful. The staff is amazing and helps you with everything and gives you helpful advices for your stay. Especially the hotel manager and his friend are very kind ;) In total we enjoyed our stay really much at the Zanadu, the spot is amazing for sightseeing because you are a foot walk away from all the important sightseeings and temples. We really recommend it for everyone who wants to visit a lovely chill and adventure Istanbul :)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The workers were incredibly responsive and efficient; whenever I requested room cleaning, they acted promptly. The room itself was impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, reflecting the standard of Istanbul, Turkey. Considering the reasonable prices, both for the room and the services, I found the quality to be exceptional. The service was top-notch, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was simply amazing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Istanbul.

I couldn't find a single thing to dislike about this hotel. The personnel were outstanding, and everything about my stay was truly exceptional. The room exceeded my expectations; it was accurately described and met all specifications. Overall, my experience was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The hotel was very central to all of the big attractions on the European side. So, it was extremely easy to get to everything we wanted to go and see. The room was also clean and had very good air conditioning. Finally, all things considered, the price was excellent.

Most things were fairly well maintained but the shower head did fall apart on us at one point. There was also no kettle.

The staff is very nice, especially the manager and Torgay at the reception /I hope I've written it right/. It is close to Sultanahmed Square /2 stops by the tram to Hagia Sofia/ but you have to climb the hill to the tram stop. I found another street when you go out of the place, go to the left and then left again. You will go through a nice bazaar and reach the square easily. If you go straight you'll reach the Marmara sea. The promenade is beautiful.

It is a small place and they obviously have no room for all the stuff the cleaning woman works with. She leaves everything in the stairs.

The location is very convenient, short walks to Little Hagia Sophia, the ocean, Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful. Rooms clean and plenty of hot water at all times. Nice ground level garden with tables.

Room was a bit smaller than expected and booking.com had said queen bed but it was a double. The rooftop has a nice view of the neighborhood and a bit of the sea, but is underutilized so far. Still, you could bring lunch up there if a small group - Four old chairs and a table are there. Good for some photos. Almost all the cable channels are Turkish but we did find some English Tom & Jerry and Laurel and Hardy!

Excellent location - the hotel is very close to the Blue Mosque and other central landmarks, but yet situated in a peaceful, quiet, narrow street.  It was truly an authentic experience to stay in an old-style neighourhood and enjoy drinking tea/coffee (free at the reception) in a wonderful, colorful garden full of plants and the cutest and very friendly cats.  The personnel was exceptionally kind and stood at disposal at all times.  The room on the ground floor was simple, and the traces of time and usage are visible, but it was clean and had a comfortable bed and a mini fridge. All in all, it was a homelike experience and good value for money. 

The hotel does not serve food but they collaborate with other restaurants. Also, a few restaurants nearby had excellent food and were affordable.

The location is absolutely perfect, the most important spots are within walking distance, they let us check in around 11am already and we really appreciated it, as the journey from airport was exhausting, landed at 3am. Free tea and coffee, basic room, it’s not Hilton so can’t complain at all. And the value is just amazing!!!

Amazing staff!! the manager and the staff very helpful and kind! my mom accidentally booking wrong date, but the manager of the hotel help her out and make my mom calm (coz my mom very panicked). He called booking.com to reschedule the date, and gave us amazing room view. the hotel location really near from the blue mosque, etc. i would never forget the kindness of the manager and staff. thank you very much!!

the stairs,this hotel doesnt have any lift. but it doesnt matter, cause i only book the room only for sleep.
