The hotel is only about a 7-8 minute walk from the Blue Mosque which is next to Hagia Sofia. The Grand Bazaar is about 15 minutes walk. We used Istanbul Metro to get to this hotel from IST airport, although it's not the quickest way to get to Sultanahmet (this is where the hotel is), it took us about an hour and 40 minutes to get to this hotel. The rooms were clean and equipped with all the facilities. We didn't have any issues during our stay. The breakfast was also amazing, served on the terrace with stunning views of the Bosphorus. Would love to stay here again.

Everything was great at this hotel.

Everything was very nice, the young boy at the reception described the hotel to us very well, he helped us with our shortcomings, I think his name was Sinan, the breakfast was very nice and enjoyable with the view towards the sea, everything was in place in the room, our room was cleaned every day, the reception friends helped us with everything we needed, Mr. Sinan helped us when we left. He was very helpful, he helped us stop a taxi and carried our luggage, thank you again to everyone there for everything, see you again.

The location was good with plenty of amenities , the small shack resturant opposite the hotel with the seating leading to the hotel honestly was 10/10 food quality and service . Best breakfast and kebabs and because it’s a husband and wife job the love and care is awesome . The hotel staff very helpful and polite , great service and the cleaning ladies where wonderful . The breakfast in the hotel was basic but fresh and clean with epic meals views from the roof terrace.

The location to the blue mosque is a huge walk Steep hills and very exhausting The hotel itself is basic but fine and clean the staff are polite.

The room was nice and spacious had everything I needed. Had a lift in the building. It was well lit. The reception area was very nice and clean, nice smell throughout. Very welcoming and a very nice quiet location. A lovely little park close by.

For the price you pay there’s nothing bad to say about this hotel.

It is a perfect hotel, really very convenient and in a perfect location, everything was great, the facility was a new facility, they met our requests and needs completely, the smiling receptionist Sinan Bey helped us a lot, the hotel is new and beautiful, I recommend it to everyone, thank you very much for everything, we will come again.🥰❤️🥰

PERFECT PLACE

The hotel is very conveniently located, a short walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. The breakfast is served in the restaurant around the corner. There is a nice terrace on the top of the building where you can chill out.

We had a room in the basement and I didn't like it. It was quite dark and damp.

Great location, very good value for money. Staff was very polite and helpful even when I checked in later than expected due to flight delays. I was provided everything asked for.

Breakfast was quite poor, no real options or drinks. Just very basic, considering your paying for breakfast included, it should be a lot better. Could also do with a few more items such as irons.

The location is wonderful, right in the center of Istanbul. The breakfast was also great, the hotel offering a pretty diverse selection of food items. The staff is helpful and willing to help. Also, the free water or tea at the reception was the cherry on top.

Compared to other hotels, the fact that Immortelle Hotel has an elevator is a great advantage for us. Since we had a lot of luggage, we carried it with the elevator. They helped us a lot at the reception. They offered tea and coffee. Thank you very much to the hotel owner and all other staff.

The localization is one of the best things of the hotel, very close to the main mosques (Hagia Sofia and Sultan Ahmed). The staff is very helpful, even tho they do not speak very good English, they try their best to understand you and satisfy you. We felt very comfortable with them.
