The room was value for money. It has one big bed, very very comfortable. A nice living room with a tv and a balcony. In general, the room was clean but could use a little bit of a touch up. Perhaps a small coffee machine would be nice . It had a boiling pot which was nice for making tea . The personnel was excellent, very kind and helpful. The location is very good, you can access the tram station in 8 minutes and the Sultanahmed attractions in 15 minutes, with a little hill walking. The area is safe, it has many mini markets, restaurants and bakery.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The shower was excellent! Good location.

It wasn’t very clean. Even when you asked them to clean your room and they did, it was still not very clean. At times, bedding was not changed and there was hair all over the floor. The most important thing that was a problem was the lack of heating device, like a microwave or even a small pan to heat milk, etc in.

The apartment was very comfortable for long stays. We had a separate bedroom and a living room with nicely equipped kitchen. The bed was very big and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. We were luck to get a room on the ground floor because there is no elevator. The rooftop is beautiful! with a sea view and clean seating areas. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the area.

The location is good but not very walkable for older people or the ones with difficulty to walk, to get to the tram you need to climb a steep hill. It would be nice if the balcony is cleaned from time to time.

I had a fantastic stay at Seven Roses Apart Hotel. The hotel was impeccably clean, which was very reassuring. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, with special thanks to Atilla Bey and Faruk Bey, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The property felt very safe, which added to the overall comfort. Its location was also a major plus, being close to the Hagia Sophia and conveniently near a tram stop, making it easy to reach other attractions in the city. I highly recommend Seven Roses Apart Hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay in this beautiful city.🫶🏼

The location is great, and even though there is no public transport near, you will be quite literally 10-15 minutes away from Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet and the city center in general. There are also a lot of supermarkets and grove stores nearby and a lot of restaurants. The owner (Atilla) was very helpful and helped us by allowing us to leave our luggage in the building, before our flight after we’ve checked out. The place is very clean and neat, wifi is great, and the bathroom is nice. We enjoyed our stay, very much!

I wouldn’t say I disliked anything about it. Only thing that you should take into consideration when booking is that Istanbul is a very steep and hilly with many narrow streets and this location might not be ideal for the elderly or disabled.

My son and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seven Roses Apart/hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Mr Atilla went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Apartment was clean, cozy and well equipped and comfortable. The apartment accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made our 11 night stay truly memorable. With a great location and  beautiful surrounding atmosphere,  exploring the city was a breeze.  I can’t wait to return to seven roses apart hotel on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel in a quite place in a very popular and touristy area. All major sites are very close though require a lot of walking uphill. The apartment was great, clean, spacious, well equipped. Don't forget to check out the terrace on the roof! It has the most amazing view, it's always open and available for guests

It's not very soundproof, in the bathroom you can here people talking in the other room very clearly. But it didn't bother me much with closed doors

We liked the location it was very convenient, next to alot of touristic places, lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and decorated nice, it was lovley and warm in the apartment. Stuff was very friendly, always making sure everything is good with our stay.

We would of liked a smart TV. Maybe a few more kitchen appliances but other then that it was good.

Great location: easy walking to the main attractions and so many restaurants. The apartment was spacious, bed was comfortable and had everything in it that I needed plus more! The staff (Atilla and Faruk) were amazing: I had to change plans at the last minute due to a flight cancellation. They responded within minutes and were always happy to help me with any questions. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.

Overall it’s a great place, the area is safe, the building is maintained and has the amenities needed. There are restaurants there are just a block away. Also very close to the Blue Mosque, Haga Sofia and many other attractions. Also Faruk the host is awesome and very very helpful!

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
