I've been to Istanbul before, but in passing I didn't stay at the hotel. This time I rented for two days. My opinion... The hotel is clean, neat, there is a girl who takes care of everything. Very nice lady. I warmly recommend, but for me the streets and the craziness of driving there make me think about a return. I forgot to mention parking, but I had one on the street somewhere nearby. So you decide whether to go by car or by plane.

The streets and the Chaotic driving!

The owner is very open and willing to help with everything one could need. We had parking place, everyone is very nice. The room had one single and one double bed. Nice and quite area with a lot of restaurants and very close to the tourist attractions. Garbage and towels changed everyday

The room was at the ground-floor and it was very noise in the morning or every time someone was talking on the street, but this is not because of the property or location. I would suggest more attention to details.

Muslim family, group of 4 girls ages 30-45, stay for 7 days, 6 Nights. Excellent hosts! Always responsive to any queries and always helping and giving suggestions for places to see! The bosphorus cruise was a great way to start our sight seeing and was booked by our hosts, it was good value for money and helped us add to stuff to our itenrary. Apartment: Was nice and clean, beds are on the firmer side in case you have a preference about this. Pillow are on the flatter side so you may wish to bring your own. We didn't request different pillows so dont know if they were available, we got used to them. We loved that we had a washing machine and balcony to dry clothes. As we could keep our suticases light and go home with more after shopping in Istanbul. Food is quite pricey right now in Istanbul and often the same type of food so having a kitchen for us was a must as we got to have breakfast at home and make different meals when needed! Its a great layout for group of 4 and can sleep 6, when the windows are open at night it is very noisy but windows closed was no noise at all so its quite sound proofed. So I would recommend closing the windows if its hot and switching on the AC. Location: Great for walking distance to grand bazaar, blue mosque, grand mosque and tokpaki palace. Also about 30mins walking distance to Sulemaniye mosque. Which I highly recommend a visit to for both views and a beautiful Mosque! Also Fridays is a rest day for most people in Istanbul so bazaars and shopping areas tend to be busier. And tokpaki palace is closed on Tuesdays. Only thing to consider would be that the location is on the bottom of a few hills, so if you are going with anyone who has mobility issues or are elderly then I wouldn't pick this location unless you have the ability to spend money on taxis which is the most expensive way to travel in Istanbul. On foot if you have the fitness our group managed to see almost of the islamic tourist sights if Istanbul.

Nothing to dislike but if you are on the 1st floor apartment the stairs are abit winding and you have to walk carefully on them so if you are with someone who struggles with regular wide steps then please request the ground floor apartment or see if its available.

lovely hotel in an old building with free street parking nearby (north of the hotel, next to the park. Ask the owner and they will show you). very kind and helpful owners. brilliantly located at walking distance from the haga sofia and centre, and nearby many restaurants and bars. Easily to reach by car, even if you have a slightly bigger car. Safe and touristy area. The room was very comfortable. We will happily stay here again if we come to Istanbul once more.

Superb property, just a 10 minute walk from all the attractions of Sultanamet, all restaurants, and a short stroll to the sea. In a small quiet street full of boutique hotels and completely safe even at 11pm. Fully functional apartment with ample hot water, functional kitchen, fridge, iron, aircons, washing machine, and very comfortable beds.

Steep and narrow staircase up to the apartment, a little difficult to carry suitcases. The floor is undulating, so you need to be careful to avoid tripping. The bathroom and shower area were narrow for large persons.

Lovely, cozy apartment with good facilities in a nice area. The host was extremely helpful - she contacted us because we had accidently left some clothes in a drawer. She kept hold of the clothes so that we could collect them on our return to Istanbul - this was greatly appreciated, thank you.

Excellent location - a very rare (in our experience) quiet street in central Istanbul, just about 15 minutes' walk to Blue Mosque. Helpful and friendly owner/staff. Free left-luggage storage before check-in or after check-out (we used both options). Pleasant room, not large, but sufficient. Clean bathroom and bedroom. Comfy bed.

The apartment was in an excellent location - close to The Blue Mosque and other famous sites once you get your bearings. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable and the towels large and fluffy. The air conditioning was lovely and the WiFi worked very well. We were looked after by a lovely lady who was always available and, despite her petite size, managed to carry a very heavy suitcase up the rather steep stairs. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Just be warned that the stairs to the upper apartment are very steep and quite narrow. There is a lower apartment though with no stairs. The outside balcony looks out over a technical school yard which can be quite noisy but only in the day and we were rarely there in the day.

Me and my family travel a lot. We have been 3 times in Istanbul. That time was the best accommodation we could have. Very clean, staff very pleasant, location perfect. I recommend to book that hotel.You won't regret. The appartement was fully equipped-2 bedroom, leaving room, kitchen, bathroom and big balcony. When we arrived, we were seated in the fastest way. The service was perfect. We were most surprised when they brought us a chilled watermelon to refresh ourselves after our journey and the heat in Istanbul. When we left they brought us bottles of cold lemonade to take away - we are traveling by car. Parking was also provided free of charge. On our next trip to Istanbul we will rent the same hotel without a second thought.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The reception lady who met us was very kind. When we got to the property it was very nice to have some essentials in there, like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, cooking oil, washing liquid, toilet paper, towels. Also we liked a lot the location of a property.

There was a very little bit of mould on the shower’s ceiling.
