The hotel is less than a year old so everything is very new, modern and clean. They’ve really thought about how to make the rooms comfortable with very good AC, shower, USB plug sockets, fridge and cleaning every day with fresh towels. A big thanks to the staff who are always happy to help - they assisted me with booking a taxi, hamam recommendations, laundry and money exchange. I’m a seasoned traveller and after some bad experiences with two previous hotels in Istanbul with a high rating, I was so relieved to find this place. Fake reviews seem very common in this city so I recommend ranking reviews from lowest to highest to see what the 1/10 reviews say, as they can be very revealing! This hotel is genuinely a 10/10 for the price and they clearly take pride in their service. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. I would definitely return.

Emir and his team were very friendly and helpful. Located only a 10 minute walk from the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofya. The rooms have just been completely refurbished so everything is new, bathrooms, beds the lot. Would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous hotel a great find. Opposite a lovely park - quiet but walking distance to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and lots of restaurants. Opposite a lovely park, very clean and the manager, Emir and all staff extremely helpful and friendly. Was sad to leave.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this hotel. The staff truly made all the difference. From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. Every interaction felt warm and genuine. They were always there with a smile, ready to help with anything I needed. It’s clear that the people working here take great pride in what they do, and it created such a positive atmosphere throughout my stay. Their kindness and attention to detail turned a simple trip into something truly memorable. I felt right at home and left feeling grateful for such a wonderful experience. I was traveling for my birthday and the host got me a b-day cake which was something i will remember.

Emir and the cleaners were very nice and sweet. The location is amazing with so many good restaurants around it.

There was a rude guy who responded sarcastically when we asked a simple question about whether coffee or tea was available or if there was any delivery option. Instead of trying to understand our question, he misunderstood and snapped, saying, “This is not a restaurant, this is a hotel.” A polite “no” or a little effort to clarify would have been much better than the passive-aggressive attitude. On a positive note, the owner, Emir, is incredibly kind, and the lady cleaners are also very pleasant and professional and sweet.

The entire team is exceptionally kind, helpful, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions in Istanbul, yet it’s peaceful and quiet for a good night's rest. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The price-performance ratio is excellent — you get great value for your money here. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul!

We had an absolutely lovely time at Seraban Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and the staff’s incredible dedication to making us feel at home truly stood out. They went above and beyond for us, and the team at the front desk was particularly helpful every day, offering excellent recommendations for activities and must-visit spots in Istanbul. The room, while small, was cozy and perfect for a couple. It was exceptionally clean, and the hotel overall was spotless. Our room was tidied up daily, which added so much comfort to our stay and made our holiday even better. The hotel also provides airport transport at a very reasonable price, which was a convenient and stress-free way to get to and from the hotel. The location is another highlight—most of Istanbul’s main attractions are just a 10-minute walk away, and the nearby tram stops make exploring other areas incredibly easy. We wholeheartedly recommend Seraban Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul! The exceptional service, cleanliness, and unbeatable location make it a fantastic choice.

Super friendly host that gave us a lot of tips in the surrounded area as well as Istanbul in general. The hotel is only a few minutes to walk from the main attraction in Sultanahmet (Blue mosque, Hagia Sofia and the Basilica cistern). Even though it’s very centralised it is also calm with a park infront of the door. There are some nice restaurants and cafes also nearby to get breakfast, tea or lunch/dinner. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thanks!

The room and bath was a little small but if you have only luggage for a long weekend, it’s absolutely fine.

Although the attractions of the Sultanahmet are about a 10-15 minute walk away, the hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. The park opposite is a distinctly charming place. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, this is a huge thing.

The room and bathroom were generally pretty much up to our expectations for this price range, but there are a few things that need to be fixed. But these were not a problem either, just be aware that you should expect them. Cleanliness, on the other hand, was not a problem at all.
